Situated in Pinetop-Lakeside, this charming house for $229 per night is a great choice for your next break. Our wonderful mountain home is located in the beautiful and private Woodland Hills community and is perfect for a single family, extended family or a simple retreat. It is fully furnished with beautiful wooden accents that come with everything you need for any occasion. Enjoy the large fireplace after skiing, a brisk walk through our quiet community or beautiful Woodland Lake Park which is a 0.5 mile walk where you may see people fishing and features surrounding Ponderosa Pines, wildlife and meadows. This 4 bedroom house with 2.5 bathrooms are all furnished and each are uniquely decorated for your full log cabin experience. As you enter our home, you will be greeted by a huge open floor plan that has a cozy fireplace in the corner (it’s on with the flip of a switch!), and the most comfortable recliner couches you’ve ever sat in. The large fully stocked kitchen with beautiful granite countertops will be your centerpiece for activity in the home, right next to the large dining area with a log dining table and great view of the backyard just outside the dining room windows. Both bathrooms have a spa tub to relax your body from a long day of hiking in the mountains and the master has a separate shower. Our home has a front and back deck/patio for your enjoyment. Our back patio has a new barbecue grill. The children will enjoy our fully enclosed backyard for all sorts of activities including making snowmen and snow angels in the winter. There is a large lawn sized connect four game as well as a firepit for making smores. Garage, full kitchen, washer/dryer, other trails in walking distance, cable TV, A/C. Other great perks: If you have a passion for adventure and the outdoors, Sunrise Ski Resort is only a 30 minute drive, offering both summer and winter fun or if you have a sense of good fortune, Hon-Dah Resort Casino is only 10 minutes away. We are located just off 260, allowing easy access to all the trails, and 4 minutes from downtown Pinetop. Please visit www.pinetoplakesideaz.gov for upcoming community events and preplan your next trip with us! PARKING – parking is limited to the driveway space, with a total of 2 car spaces available. Parking on the street is not permitted and subject to towing according to the HOA rules; applicable fines/towing fees is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Unfortunately, RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, CAMPERS, RV’S OR TOWED BOATS ARE NOT PERMITTED. This is an exclusive and private neigborhood. No parties or events are allowed. There is a noise ordinance that goes in effect at 9pm.

What a treat! We chose this rental for our annual family escape to the snow and were delighted with the charm, comfort, and luxury the moment we arrived. The cabin is spacious, luxurious with tasteful Northwoods décor throughout. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with ample supplies to accommodate our family of five. When we weren’t playing on the slopes the backyard provided abundant space for more snow activities. The neighborhood is charming with several nearby hiking trails. The owner was very responsive and accommodating throughout our rental experience.

The homes decor and grounds are remarkable, plenty of space for a family. Excellent location, in a lovely quiet and well maintained neighborhood. A few improvements and this property would truly be a Luxury property and easily be a much higher amount per night. Would I stay again? Definitely!

Our stay at 558 E. Oak Meadow Lane was no less than magical! My wife and I along with our two young children ages 9 and 6 recently spent a few nights in Pinetop, Arizona. We expected the typical Pinetop cabin, but were welcomed with a beautifully furnished home. The warmth of the fireplace, the comfortable couches, the large TV all spoke of the care with which the owners designed the home. The house was luxurious and very clean. The kitchen was larger than most and the appliances were modern and easy to use. The dining room offered a large and beautiful log table with matching chairs. The kids happily played on the lawn in the back and in the front of the house. There was left over snow that the children enjoyed in the fenced-in backyard. There is plenty of wood for the fire pit. There were board games in the garage as well as a giant connect four and corn hole. We enjoyed a stroll around the lake while the kids played on the playground of the Woodland Hill Park. We had a great cup of coffee and a white chocolate mocha latte at the Pinetop coffee house (Way better than Starbucks in our opinion). There are many hiking trails and lakes nearby. We took a drive to the town of Eagar, where we had a semi-private zoo tour. The children enjoyed a sloth encounter and we had a great time at the zoo. All said we had a terrific time and are sure to stay there again. The neighborhood is private and safe. We would highly recommend this luxurious home for families.
