About this cabin rental
The remodeled (2021) Ranch House Cabin sits in beautiful Wears Valley with mountains on all sides and views from almost every window in the house. Sitting on 15 acres of the original Settler Family this land has amazing history and a creek running through the property.

Every wall, floor and ceiling has been restored new with new appliances, wood burning fire place and new Hot Tub. Just the property alone will be worth the stay with its peaceful wooded acres, views of the Smokey Mountain Range and cool spring fed creek. Sit on the Porch or inside and enjoy the mountains , sunrises and sunsets. You will fall in love with the original former family farm just driving in through the 1,000 foot wooded driveway. It will jump start your vacation in the first minute.

Perfect location for us. Close to attractions yet more secluded for privacy. Hot tub was great to have to relax in after a busy day. Really enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning with a cup of coffee and just listening to nature.

The 'cabin' was awesome! Clean and nicely decorated. Guy was very responsive to messages and very helpfulThe property is very nicely located and easy to get to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Smokey Mountain Nat'l Park. The hot tub was nice and games, books and magazines were plentiful! Will definitely stay again if visiting the area in the future!

We booked this cabin for the second year in a row as we loved it last year, but this year was different. Cabin was not that clean, most of the pine trees had been cut down, fire pit was gone, and the owner decided to stay in an "apartment' in the basement of the cabin twice during our stay with no prior notice (told us the day he arrived just before he arrived). We booked a cabin to have the privacy and seclusion, my teenage daughter was very upset by a stranger basically being in the same house and slept with the lights on the entire stay. Host asks that the dishes be washed in dishwasher when you leave but no detergent is available to do this. Sorry Guy and Tonya, but we will more than likely be looking for a different place to stay next year. The hot tub was nice.
