About this house rental
We welcome weekly and monthly guests, October through May. Pool is heated in June, July, August and September as weather permits, Intellichem monitors pool while guests are staying. Great family gathering place for multiple generations. Large Prime Suite with walk in closets and bathroom with dual head showers. Smaller 2nd Prime Suite with attached bathroom. Both Prime Bedrooms, Living Room and Game Room open up to backyard pool. Open floor plan in Kitchen and Living Room. Separate Dining Room with open arches into Game Room. Hardwood floors in living areas and carpet in the Bedrooms. The back patio is great for BBQing and the night sky is perfect for stargazing.
There are many local Wineries, Breweries, Eateries, Hiking Trails and Biking Trails.
San Luis Obispo, Avila Beach, Pismo Beach, Morro Bay, Cayucos, Cambria and Paso Robles are nearby.

We were in town with family for my son’s Cal Poly graduation & the house was perfect for the whole family! A quick drive down to downtown SLO/campus but we felt like we were on our own private resort. The pool was beautiful, the beds were comfy, and the house was designed for entertaining. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay:)

So happy with my decision to book this home in Atascadero for a girls weekend getaway! The home had everything you needed! Great location - you feel secluded and you are close to the highway for easy access to San Luis Obispo! Beds were comfortable and the pool was heated. 10/10 experience!

Exactly as described property. Very clean and perfectly appointed with lots of cookware, glasses, etc. Host was very quick to respond with the couple questions we had.
