Sleeping ten people, this two-story Bolton Landing is perfect for family getaways. The first floor features a living room with a pullout sofa bed, fireplace, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar. This is the perfect space to prepare and enjoy family meals while taking in the views of Lake George and Tongue Mountain! Also, on the first floor, a laundry room and half bath. The second floor is where all the bedrooms are located. The first bedroom has twin bunk beds, a trundle twin, and a pullout sleeper chair. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a full bathroom across the hall. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an attached master bath with a large jacuzzi tub. All three second-story bedrooms have views of the lake. The fourth bedroom is a loft with two queen beds above the game room, accessible by a spiral staircase. Nestle in and enjoy the spectacular panorama of Northwest Bay! Relish in our Hot Tub and take in the views on the wrap-around deck with an attached screened-in porch off of the kitchen. The garage has been transformed into The Last Call Bar and Game Room. On those rainy days or just after a long day on the lake, come to unwind at the bar with a custom-milled live edge wood top. Grab a beer, shoot some pool, or play a round of darts. Journey back to the '80s with the classic Ms. Pac-Man arcade game. If games aren't your thing, grab popcorn and watch a movie on the comfy sofa and large-screen TV. There is also a BBQ grill for all of your outdoor cooking needs. Warm up or roast some marshmallows around the fire pit. This property also offers dock space at a separate location at Bell Point Shores, accommodating up to a 24-foot boat; if you have a larger boat, please inquire within. Please bring your boat or ask us where to rent one. This luxury vacation home rental is conveniently located right outside the Village of Bolton Landing and a short-drive from Lake George Village. Although it allows for privacy, you are only a short distance from all the shops and restaurants. This home is pet friendly; bring your four-legged friend for a small fee, dogs only. Must submit an up-to-date Rabies Vaccination card. ***This home is pet-friendly. Bring along your four-legged friend. An additional pet fee per dog will apply. You must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card, dogs only. Once your booking is confirmed you will be required to sign a rental agreement. This will need to be completed to get your check-in instructions. Our family rented this home for a Christmas getaway and we’re so pleased with everything this house had to offer. First, we walked in to a beautiful Christmas tree in the living room. The house was immaculate and had every comfort for teen boys, my husband and I and our elderly parents. The location was perfect and the setting was breathtaking. We had a slight issue on Christmas Eve and the property owner immediately sent someone out to fix it. Very close proximity to Gore Mountain and my boys were thrilled to come home after skiing to sit in the hot tub overlooking the lake. We would recommend this to anyone who would like a winter getaway and it would be even better in the summer being so close to the quaint town of Bolton Landing and Lake George!

Perfect location, close to Bolton Landing for shops and eats! We rented a boat and kept It at the house dock it was such a great experience for all. House was wonderful, we enjoyed game room, hot tub and the outside fire pit for s’mores at night. Would definitely stay again

Quiet Winter Family Getaway!

Our family of 6 and our fur baby enjoyed staying at Lakeview Lodge to celebrate New Years! The house itself has a perfect layout with an open floor plan, a kitchen that was so well stocked (waffle maker, crockpot, spices, measuring cups, bakeware, etc), laundry room, game room, and enough beds for all of us to be comfortable upstairs. The hot tub was a bonus that we all enjoyed and the views of the lake are beautiful from the many windows facing it. As the description mentions, it is located across the street from the Lake, and although traffic was minimal due to the off season, I could hear the sounds of the cars passing each morning. We would love to return for a visit in the Summer as the home has a very inviting screened in sunroom/porch, deck space and outdoor fire pit. It also has lake access across the street. This house checks so many boxes, we were able to spend lots of quality time together at the house baking together, playing pool and the arcade games, gathering around for a family movie. Overall a great and pleasant stay!

The house was gorgeous. Location is prime ! There were 2 negatives: there was a bug issue— a tremendous amount of caterpillars which made being outside on the deck less enjoyable. This was an abnormal amount of bugs. Also, the ice machine is broken which was another inconvenience. Other than these 2 issues it was a very enjoyable experience !!

Fabulous mini break

The perfect few days away mid spring-break. The property was wonderfully clean and inviting and we found everything we needed and more. The hot tub was a huge hit with all the family and is excellently situated to enjoy the spectacular views across Lake George. We also enjoyed walks down to the lake and the dock. Only word of caution is this you have to cross a reasonably busy road to get to the track down to the lake. With little kids it would be better to drive down but it is super easy. Great place to relax and recharge the batteries!

We stayed at Lakeview Lodge for the weekend and found the whole experience to be outstanding. The house seems almost brand new, beds & everything were very comfortable. Had a couple of questions that were quickly answered by the management company. Would stay here again.

Beautifully decorated, wooded retreat with great outdoor fun, amazing fall foliage view!!! We loved the fire pit and multiple seating areas. Near everything and great hiking trails. Best part being that our dogs could join us! Thank you Lakeview Lodge
