About this villa rental
San Costanzo is an airy two-bedroom two-bathroom villa in Fish Bay that offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and Ram Head, lovely breezes, and simple elegance. There are large decks on both levels, and a hot tub with Caribbean views.
The upper level features an open layout with a large great room with cathedral ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, a master bedroom and a custom rock shower with views of Fish Bay. The lower level, accessed by exterior stairs, has a master bedroom with a king bed and a mini-kitchen. Both bedrooms have individual split system air-conditioning units and open onto decks with views of Fish Bay. The villa has a whole house generator to ensure a stress-free vacation even when the island's power company has hiccups :)
San Costanzo is next door to its sister property, Brezza di Mare. For larger groups, renting 2 bedroom/2.5 bathrooms Brezza di Mare with 2 bedroom/2 bathroom San Costanzo gives guests the flexibility of privacy and time together.
The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-2 occupancy. Each additional guest above 2 is charged a per person per nights fee. Please enter the correct TOTAL number of guests including children when booking the property. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.
No refunds within 60 days of arrival. For family or weather emergencies you can purchase trip insurance through www.insuremytrip.com No refunds for tropical storms, hurricanes, or utility company power outages. We highly recommend trip insurance.
Owner and Property Manager assume no liability to renters if they choose to stay in house during a storm. The house may need to be secured if there is an approaching storm.

A truly great property with excellent views. Patio overlooking the bay is amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. The AC in the rooms was nice too. Will definitely be returning.

This property was wonderful! Just as described - clean, airy, bright, ac in bedrooms and really well equipped. Our check- in was easy - JP was right on time to escort us to the property and Beth communicated regularly before our stay and checked to make sure all was well. This is great for a quiet getaway, couples or a family as it is on 2 levels. I loved sitting on the wraparound porch which had a fantastic view and breeze. We really appreciated the tasty snacks waiting for us upon check-in. The house is well equipped with supplies which is a bonus for when you are away from home. You definitely need a Jeep to get here, as St. John has some steep hills, but once you arrive, all is well!

We love this villa ! Second time staying at this property and will stay here again . The property is clean well stocked , hot tub is clean , the view is great and the breeze never seems to stop ! The beds and pillows are so comfortable. It has a very relaxed homey feel about it . We love it

This was our second stay at a Seaview Homes villa and we have already scheduled our third. San Costanzo was perfect for our 45th anniversary celebration. The villa faces east so we had a nice breeze for our entire stay. The villa was super clean and well maintained; everything worked! And it is really well provisioned with dishes, utensils, kitchen supplies and everything from soap to light bulbs. We had everything we needed. The DVD collection was amazing! Flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player. Sodas, beer and snacks when we arrived were a nice touch. Next time we want a 1,2 or 3 bedroom villa San Costanza will be at the top of the list.
