Located in Ames, this attractive house for $324 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This spectacular space is sure to check all the boxes! Located in west Ames, in close proximity to Iowa State University, this twin home offers three bedrooms, two of which are en suite, perfect for privacy when traveling with colleagues, extended family, or friends. The third bedroom has a bathroom of its own just down the hall. This house is surprisingly spacious! At just under 2,000 square feet, it provides room and style for everyone! When mingling's the mission, there are two common areas to enjoy! Upstairs you'll find a modern living room with seating for six, perfect for a quiet evening with a glass of wine and good conversation. Downstairs is where fun is waiting to happen! The rec room includes seating for six in front of our 75" TV, a pool table, air hockey, foosball, classic tabletop PacMan, a youth basketball hoop, and a game table for four which, of course, is accompanied by a variety of games to play! When you're ready for some personal space, each of the sleeping quarters has ample to offer and is equipped with its own 43" TV. This house sleeps 10: Bedroom 1: King (x2) Bedroom 2: King, Twin Daybed (x3) Bedroom 3: Choose your snooze! This room is customizable to best suit your group! It comes standard with two Twin XL beds. You may opt to have them connected to create a King instead! Just let us know which way you'd like the room set up for you! This room also has a bonus standard Twin bed. (x3) Living room: Full sofa sleeper (x2) Our warm weather guests may enjoy their morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our front patio. Then feel free to fire up the grill and enjoy dinner in our cozy back yard, where there is dining seating for 10, and additional casual seating for 8 around the fire pit. Both of these spaces are softly lit for hours of nighttime enjoyment. (Available May-October.) Our cold weather guests may enjoy a stimulating seasonal sensation! Bring your bathing suit and plan to treat yourself to a soak in our outdoor 6-8 person inflatable hot tub! Sink inside and let the jets heat and massage you, while the crisp, cool air simultaneously invigorates you! Just sit back, relax, and let the bubbles float your worries away! (Available November-April.) This house offers driveway parking for one vehicle. Street parking is available for additional vehicles on an alternating side basis. Amazing location! The property was 4 minutes from campus and was such a delightful place to relax and enjoy each others company. The little extras, tea and coffee bar and snack options were so helpful. And unexpected!

Our family of 3 married couples celebrated our anniversary here. It was perfect for us. Host added really nice personal touches. Lots of games to play and nice spacious backyard with fire pit. We'd stay again.

Perfect place for out of state family to stay and gather with our local family for Thanksgiving. Townhouse was so cozy and inviting complete with fall decorations making us feel right at home. Very clean with comfortable beds. Was not expecting all the extra amenities-donuts, coffee, fresh fruit, cereal…..the list goes on! Loved the rec room with the variety of games and large tv great for movies and football. Gina, the host, goes above and beyond with her attention to detail and making sure you have everything needed to make your stay excellent!

Probably the best vacation rental we have ever used. Communication with the owner was easy with very quick responses. Too many extra touches to list. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. This will be our go to property when we come to ISU!

It was a very comfortable size for our combined families of 5 adults, 2 kids (4-8 yrs), and 2 infants. It was also incredibly well stocked - everything you need to cook or snack. Gina (the host) was fantastic - very attentive and helpful, from the time we booked until the moment we arrived. She even put out some special treats since she knew it was a birthday celebration! She helped us feel comfortable traveling with kids. My nephews were obsessed with the downstairs, which has a pool table, a Pac-Man game, air hockey, and a toy basketball hoop. I will note this location is very close to campus, which is awesome for the vibe, but it did get loud on Saturday night. Thankfully the house is stocked with noise machines in each room, so that helped us not be bothered by the noise. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we are in Ames!

The extra toiletries came in very handy when we realized we had forgotten a few things (including my son’s toothbrush!). The pillows were the best pillows any of us ever used and I ended up ordering them on the way home for the entire family. The beds were extremely comfortable and the coffee pods make it a little easier to make ourselves crawl out of those cozy beds in the morning. The kids had a blast with all of the game options on the basement. It was hard to get them to leave! I will 100% stay here again if we find ourselves back in Ames! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Our stay was perfect. We were only 0.5 miles from my son’s apartment. Amply space and amenities, with a well stocked kitchen, and lots of breakfast options. We would definitely stay again!

This place was excellent! Perfect for our quick ski trip with 7 teenagers (16 & 17 year olds) beds were so comfortable, host was amazing! We had donuts waiting for us along with everything we needed and may have forgotten! Highly recommended! Will stay here again!

Impeccably clean, exceptionally generously appointed and perfectly located to campus! My husband and I stayed with our 2 younger children as well as my parents...all to visit our oldest son and nephew, both students at Iowa State University...and of course to tailgate and enjoy a Cyclone football game. It could not have been a better weekend. My elderly parents had a perfect first floor bedroom with ensuite bathroom while my husband and I used a similar bedroom/bathroom set up downstairs. The kids used the other main floor bedroom with bathroom down the hall. Yes, that's THREE full bathrooms. Nice! The beds were super comfy and bathroom supplied with plenty of high quality towels. The lower level with foosball, air hockey, LARGE tv and super comfy seating was a perfect extra space for the kids to have their own hang out. The townhome is on an established street but was recently re-modeled...carpeting and furniture all appeared brand new. Gina was exceptionally generous in not only equipping the kitchen with all the supplies and gadgets we could hope for, but also an ample supply of consumables for the entire townhome...dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, paper towels, garbage bags. etc. etc. This is not the case for all VRBO rentals. She even included all necessary bathroom supplies down to shaving cream and razors! Over the top welcome basket as well...MORE than enough bakery items and fresh fruit for all of us to have breakfast in addition to milk, juice and yogurts in the fridge. Coffee, filters and k-cups were set out for us too. There's not a single thing we needed to run out for. The garage and private driveway space is another plus. I only wish we had time to enjoy the Iowa State monopoly game, puzzle or one of many other games available. We hope to be back this winter for a Cyclone basketball game weekend.
