About this condo rental
Nestled in Butler Beach, this lovely condo for $294 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Relax and unwind in this recently updated 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo just steps from the beach and pools. Enjoy the views of the pond and the Atlantic ocean in the distance from the open living area, master bedroom, and balcony. The Misty Mermaid is a 1 level, end unit, on the top floor with elevator access. The condo itself does not have neighbors above it and there are no stairs in the unit. It’s walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and a short drive away from downtown St. Augustine. The space The Kitchen The condo has an updated kitchen with a breakfast bar and 2 stools, quartz counters and shaker cabinets. It is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, serveware, drip coffee maker, and keurig. We provide some keurig pods, cream, and sugar to start off your stay. The Living area In the living area we have a queen sofa bed, loveseat, coffee table and flat screen TV with cable. The WiFi password will be located in the Welcome Guide on the coffee table. The bedrooms There's a master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite full bathroom. In the second bedroom there's also a king size bed and a TV with cable. Both the bedrooms have all of the pillow cases, sheets, and covers refreshed for each stay. The Bathrooms There are 2 newly renovated bathrooms which have, tiled showers. The one in in the main hallway has a bathtub. The master suite has it's own bathroom with a walk-in shower. Towels and bathmats are provided and refreshed after each reservation. The Dining Area The dining area has a 4 person wooden table. There are also 2 stools at the breakfast bar. Beach Amenities For the beach we have beach towels, 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, body boards, sand toys, and a wagon to help walk it over to the beach. Laundry The washer and dryer is located in the kitchen. Extras You’ll find we have stocked the condo with all the other necessities you would expect such as linens, towels, paper products and hand soap. We also provide some travel size toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Ocean Village Club Amenities There's a variety of amenities at Ocean Village Club to keep our guests entertained. The amenities include 2 pools, a clubhouse, tennis courts, shuffle board, fitness room, covered picnic pavilion, charcoal bbq grills, car washing area and private beach walkway. The Misty Mermaid is located near both pools. One of the pools is heated during the winter and the other is next to the beach. The clubhouse has brochures for local attractions. Parking Guests will be given 2 passes for parking, one is reserved and the other is guest parking. Both parking spaces are in the parking lot outside the condo building. Access Cards Guests will be given 2 access cards for their stay. The access cards are for entry to the complex, pools, and beach. Replacement passes can be purchased for $65 at the clubhouse Monday thru Saturday in between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm.

Beautiful, spotless, modern condo with comfortable new furniture. Excellent communication with the property owner. She sent personal codes and instructions in addition to the auto generated information. When we wanted something extra, she was able to make it all happen and rapid responses throughout the whole lead up and stay. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

We loved our stay at the Misty Mermaid. The place was spotless, and the decor was so well thought out. All of the little touches made it feel very inviting and warm. We were fortunate to the be the first guests to enjoy the new bathroom upgrades. Both bathrooms look amazing! We also loved that is has 2 king beds if we want to bring friends next time. The view is nice, and we enjoyed the pool and tennis courts as well. We liked that it is in close proximity to St. Augustine, but far enough away that we felt like we were on a beach getaway. I was truly impressed with the level of communication and amenities provided with this rental. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Property was very well maintained and was beautiful. Beach was a little bit of a walk but was great. We also had the option to drive on beach for a daily fee of $10.00 . Pool was beautiful and heated to a very comfortable temperatue. Unheated pool was closed so a lot of people used the heated pool, could have used more chairs, people were saving and not using. Condo was great, very clean and well appointed.

From interior decor & design to oversized covered deck, perfect pool, comfy outdoor loungers, a fully stocked kitchen, king sized bed & massive bathroom to lush palm vegetation offering complete visual privacy. Set among a small ‘working’ complex consisting of a landscape company, darling home decor store and delicious local cafe. As noted, a car is necessary. Closest local beach you would want to spend time at (Dickinson) is within an easy 10 minute drive. Excellent communication with the owner and local contacts who go above and beyond to welcome you and provide any local info you might need.

My husband and I were at St Augustine Beach for a family gathering at a beach home nearby. This unit has a standard clean, quite new beach decor, comfortable beds and new kitchen. A short walk to the beach but unit has no view of the ocean. The owner was very nice and easily available for questions. We appreciated the elevator in the building.

The condo was modern and clean. It had everything we needed, including a closet full of beach chairs, toys, cart, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms included shampoo, bath gel and lotion. The location was great. It was a short walk to two pools and the beautiful beach. It was easy to communicate with the host, and we’d love to come back in the future!

We loved the Misty Mermaid! The condo had a great flow and atmosphere and a beautiful view of the ocean! The condo is a short walk to the beach and the pool and a short drive to the store and delicious restaurants nearby! We loved Butler Beach. Very family oriented and not an overly crowded beach. We can’t wait to come back!

This property is sparkling clean and well-maintained. It is comfortable and stocked with everything one needs while away, including the little things like coffee/filters, shampoo, hairdryer, beach equipment/towels, etc. There is a short 3-4 minute walk to the beach and the area is quiet. It’s a 3 minute drive to the grocery store and about 12-15 minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting this area!
