Situated in East Naples, this attractive house for $269 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This cottage has been completely renovated and furnished with all new and luxurious furniture. As you enter the house, you will find a chic and elegant living room with a luxurious leather sofa with two accent chairs and a 55” Smart TV equipped with a XUMO stream Box from XFINITY. In the tv console, you will find fun board games and extra comfy blankets. Right next to the living area, there is a dining area with a beautiful wooden dining table that seats 6. The Kitchen is right next to it with cabinets stocked with everything you might need (pots, pans, Keurig Machine with starter pods and more). Bedroom 1: Right across the living room. It has a queen bed with en-suite bathroom and 50” smart TV. Bedroom 2: On the opposite side of the master bedroom. It has a queen bed with 50” smart TV. Bedroom 3: Next to bedroom 2. It has two full beds. Sleeps 4. Bathroom 2: Next to Bedroom 2. Right across bedroom 3. Office: Sofa bed (full size memory foam), desk with chair, 50” smart TV. Laundry room: Washer & dryer with pods and drying sheets, iron, ironing board, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach umbrellas, cooler, beach toys, beach towels, sunscreen. ALL are at your disposal. Patio: Paved patio with pergola partially covering it. The pergola has an adjustable roof, mosquito net and curtains to maximize your relaxing time outdoors. You will find a sofa, 2 chairs and table with 2 lounge chairs on the side. A grill and full propane tank are also provided. Parking: 2 cars space in driveway and one on the side of the road right in front of the picket fence. What is around the Bougainvillea Cottage (15 min or less by car): - Publix - 6 min - Downtown restaurants & shopping on 5th Street South and Old Naples (3rd Ave South) – 5 to 8 min - Naples Beach & Naples Pier - 7 min - Clam Pass Park - 14 min - Tin City (Sightseeing cruises, Trike tours, shopping, dining) - 5 min - Rentals-paddle board, kayak & boat - 7 min - Sightseeing, sunset & fishing cruises - 5 min - Naples Zoo - 10 min - Botanical Garden - 7 min - Baker Park - 7 min Have Smaller Children under 2: Please let us know in advance so we can provide a crib or Pack N Play. Guest access The property has keyless and contactless check in. The entry code will be provided 24 hours prior to check in. Guests will have access to the whole property. Other things to note NO Pets Policy NO Party We do have an outside camera monitoring driveway and entrance to the house.

Great location

It was a very comfortable place and nicely decorated. But there are some things that need work, none of bedrooms doors stay open and one of them fell off the hinges, they need to be done properly. The glass shower door also is poorly put together, my husband and to tighten that. The linens on all the beds should be replaced they are old and worn. I do feel it is overpriced per night.

Magali has done a wonderful job renovating and decorating this rental for maximum enjoyment and use. I really enjoyed my stay, with excellent a.c. and fans (..it's Florida, after all), cable, strong internet, clean crisp sheets and towels, new appliances, and a huge backyard with a swinging hammock and table. Furthermore, Magali is a great communicator -- both timely and detailed. I would reccomend her VRBO to anyone! I think she'll be a Super Host very soon. best, Stephanie

Perfect Location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and exactly as pictured. It has everything you need including beach stuff! The location is awesome for getting to downtown Naples and other SWFL locations.
