Barbara was so thoughtful in all the details around the the property. We stayed for a family event and went to the Smokey Hill River Festival. Such a relaxing environment and perfect place to cool down. I was impressed that the temperature upstairs for sleeping was nice and cool which can be hard to maintain in a two story house. Mattresses where so comfortable and there were extra fans, pillows and even an extra cot if needed. The Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a large family meal and the best part was the kid friendly backyard that offered a swing set and fireplace. Very good communication and easy to access.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The backyard was fantastic with plenty of seating for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The kids especially loved the swing set, roasting marshmallows, and playing horseshoes. The movie theater was a great bonus and provided fun entertainment for the whole family. The property was clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it!

We came here to stay for 2 nights for our daughter’s wrestling tournament at the Tony’s Pizza Event Center Tournament of Champions. We got an early text Friday morning saying the place was already ready and we could check in around 10am which was amazing, never had that happen before. We made it early Friday afternoon and got over to weigh ins which was 3 minutes away from our location. Tons of amazing food and hangouts within 5 minutes. Tried out Martinelli’s Italian Friday after weigh ins and it was amazing. After our daughter wrestled all day and finished with a 2nd place finish, she was exhausted and only wanted to hang out at our amazing well stocked and comfortable Cozy Corner!!! We took a recommendation from the Guest Book and got pizza to go from Blue Skye Brewery and Eats. It was great and minutes away from where we were staying. The best of the best was the responsiveness from our host Barbara and her husband Ryan when the wifi dropped for a short period, they responded within minutes and the issue was resolved within 10 minutes. We will be back, loved the home and the area. Looking forward to trying some other restaurants and they recommended in the near future!!! Thanks again Barbara and Ryan.
