Other Things to Note: Additional house rules- No unregistered guests allowed on our property unless previously agreed to in writing *13 guests MAX- You must be 25 or older to rent the home unless specific permission is granted; a photo ID is required before arrival. Owners require a full list of guest names and refuse rental to any individual or group. It is a crime to obtain this rental property under false pretenses. The use of premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend neighbors. Owners reserve the right to terminate this agreement and ask disruptive guests to vacate the premises with no refund. Rental rates and specials may change, but you agree to be bound by the rates in effect at the time of reserving the home. *Please do not move furniture, remove artwork from the walls, or otherwise change the property while staying.
