Welcome home. Welcome to Hacienda Santa Rita. As you pass through our front door and catch your first glimpse of the Sea of Cortez your cares quickly drift out to sea. This newly renovated Spanish style home sets atop a hillside with unobstructed views of the Sea of Cortez and the playful whales.

Absolutely beautiful well equipped luxurious property! Our family of 7, ages 13 to 76, thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days here! The pool and hot tub and outdoor space were the focal point of our stay, but the private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and beautiful showers, the casita for our teen son, and the beautifully appointed gourmet kitchen were superb. We enjoyed 2 dinners prepared by private chefs during our stay and cant recommended that experience enough. The nicest grocery store we have ever been in (Fresko) is directly across the highway from this gated community. We had a minivan for the entirety of our stay and that is a must IMO. We only went to San Lucas one afternoon and to the beach at Palmilla once as well... and that was fine. The beach was veey nice but the pool at this home was all we needed! San Lucas was not our style but enjoyed quite a few evenings in San Jose including the Thursday night Art Walk which is definitely recommended. We did have some new home construction directly on both sides of the home during our stay but noise wasn't too bad and we gladly drowned it out with the fantastic Sonos whole home sound system, bringing one of the speakers outside during our time outside. Overall fantastic experience that our family hopes to repeat someday!

This house was perfect for us! We had 7 (5 adults, 2 kids). Everyone had their own bedroom and en-suite bath. House layout was great and we cooked and played games in great room every night. Heated pool and hot tub were great and view from cliffs above the sea was wonderful. Midway between Cabo San Lucas and Cabo San Jose, so options both east or west and we used both. A large modern grocery store is 10 mins away and has everything. If you are looking for a large, private, pooled place with a view near any activity you choose, this place is perfect.We did not need much management assistance, but it was there in an instant with the couple calls we made.A 10/10 experience

Hacienda Santa Rita was the perfect place for our family of nine, spring break vacation. Plenty of room for everyone with ensuites for each bedroom. A well-equipped kitchen with a huge dining table close by. The tv room was great for the kiddos when they were resting from the heated pool activities. Tremendous views from every room. The Fresco market was convenient and Costco/Walmart not too far away.

Hacienda Santa Rita was the perfect place to celebrate my 60th with my girlfriends. It was very clean, well equipped, comfortable spaces. It was easy to spot whales off the shore with beautiful vistas in the background! The neighborhood felt very safe and it was nice to walk around and down to the beach. Andres, the house manager, was right there to welcome us and show us around, and he was so helpful with shuttles and arranging plans. And Travis was very easy to communicate with and so helpful. He recommended a private chef for one night and Brandon made us the most amazing meal and cocktails! If I find myself back in that area I’ll definitely book Santa Rita again! Thank you Travis!My only suggestion is that there be a binder with the house information so that it’s easy to access for everyone staying, besides just the email version sent. And it would also be helpful to include end of stay expectations.
