Nestled in Ontario, this charming house for $72 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Private downstairs: 2 rooms, 1 bathroom with shower located in one of the bedrooms, you have your own living room, and kitchenette, small kitchen table and a washer and dryer High speed WIFI, T.V with roku, amazon plus, hulu, disney and discover. You have your own entrance and doors. Minutes from I-84 and hwy 95, close to shops, resturants, grocery stores. Snively hot springs is 35 minutes away. Great place for adventures, business travelers, long work stays, group traveling, meeting family. Please clear all animals through me first please. I live upstairs with my mini aussie Cubear I have my own entrance which is the front of the house there's a side yard by your entrance that you're welcome to use. I ozone the whole downstairs for 12 hours before each guest to make sure fabrics and carpet furniture and cleans the air if fungus bacteria and mold smoke, ensuring you have a safe visit and the air is clean of allergens etc. Let me know if you have any questions or need anything. There are two parks within walking distance one is a block and a half away the other has a pond and cool nature trails cute bridge, big park and that's about 4 blocks away! Shopping is close red apple grocery is about a 3 minute drive Albertsons is about 5 minutes, Wal-Mart, wharemart and the shopping mall is about 5 minutes away. Saturday market happens on Saturday and that's downtown 6 blocks away walking distance.

My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed for four nights while visiting my son who is incarcerated at SRCI. It is a nice place to come to rest and is only a few minutes away from the prison. Also it is close to Walmart and other grocery stores. It is not fancy but is clean and comfortable. The host works really hard to make sure your stay is a positive experience. Cozy really does describe this place. It was below freezing outside but the heater works very well and there were plenty of extra blankets so we were plenty warm. I am hoping that we can book this place the next time we visit.

It's a great location. It's a cozy little place that is budget friendly. It is close to several coffee shops. And a park not far from there to let my dog run and play. I would stay there again.

We stayed 6 days over the holidays. The 2 chairs in the living room are very worn out and uncomfortable. The heat was really, really hard to adjust, and the bathroom is a little odd, with only a shower door, instead of a regular door. Also, no sink in the bathroom. You have to use the laundry sink for everything. Otherwise it was okay for a place to stay while visiting family.

I enjoyed my stay here:) Here are some minor things people may want to know. The bathroom is really small with the toilet and shower separated by a shower curtain and the sink being in the living room.(people over 6ft or people bigger in the waist may have troubles showering, in 5'11 and it wasn't the best experience trying to shower) The fridge is a mini fridge so don't expect to be able hold a lot of refrigerated foods. Other than those small details everything was good👌

I stayed for a month. The owner was always available for anything requested. Very nice and worth the price. Only downfall is the shower is very small and the ceiling is low if you are tall like myself. Other than that great place. Everything like home!!
