Good location with a great view of the lake. The couple were very friendly and made a nice breakfast. Limited parking but we managed to get a space in the garage for our motorcycle.

I loved the location and the villa and gardens were lovely, the owners were delightful.
I would prefer a duvet rather than just blankets, but that’s just me.

Such welcoming and friendly hosts, it is so nice to have a conversation, and a laugh, with local people, that so rarely happens.
Lovely large, clean room with comfortable bed. Great bathroom.
Such a thoughtful breakfast with homemade cake and apple strudel just for us, delicious.
Undercover car park space so the car kept cool, handy when it 32 degrees outside.
And to top it off, our room had excellent views of Lake Como.
We have stayed here before and we would love to stay again.
We have no complaints.

Good location with amazing views over Lake Como. Friendly owners who were very welcoming. Breakfast had a good choice and the owners were there if you needed anything. We had free parking and were helped with our bags, which almost never happens. We left with smiles on our faces.
Hotel was a little difficult to find, better signage would be helpful. Our room didn't have great lighting and a table would have been nice, however the kitchen area was just down the stairs, and I'm sure we could have used that without a problem.
