They are located close to shopping and fun, but also tucked away from the craziness of the city. Just up the road, you will find the famous Canyon Park & Hell Hole Trailhead. This park provides easy access for walkers, runners, and cyclists. It also includes a challenging Ninja Style Obstacle Course for fitness enthusiasts of all ages, as well as fast-moving slides, rope climbing structures, and a fun playground. The first home is a beautiful 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom townhome that can comfortably sleep up to 18 guests. Located just outside of sunny Saint George, you will be surrounded by stunning red rock mountains and scenery, local petroglyphs, and fossils. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing and watching a movie after a long day of exploring. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, including the master bedroom. The floor plan is open-style with tons of room for entertaining and spending time with your loved ones. There are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs that surround the loft area, as well as 2 more bathrooms. Off of the kitchen is where the Master Bedroom is located, with an en-suite bathroom. The double vanity makes getting ready for the day a breeze, and the separate water closet provides the necessary privacy that everyone needs! Upstairs you will find the additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a spacious loft for entertainment and family fun. Whether you are playing video games or watching a movie, you will be immersed in the experience with the Surround Sound System. If you find yourself wanting to get outside, there is a community pool, pickleball courts and local petroglyphs you can explore. Our family rented two homes, side-by-side. This made it really easy to go back and forth for meals and activities. The cousins loved being so close! There was a ton of room to accommodate our large family. We especially loved the bunk rooms and that most bedrooms had an en-suite bathroom. The decor was really cute and up to modern style. It was fantastic having a washer and dryer too! A nice addition was access to the Washington Community Center- everyone enjoyed this! There were just a few downfalls, that make me give 4 stars. There are no ceiling fans in the homes. This made it very uncomfortable for a July vacation, especially while trying to sleep. We all had to go buy fans. I'd definitely consider adding fans to the rooms. The other thing I'd suggest is better kitchen supplies; bigger colanders, better working can openers, full sets of measuring cups/spoons etc. All things considered, we had a wonderful time!

This property is a fantastic vacation rental for your Southern Utah adventures. We rented both units for an extended family getaway. There are a lot of rentals that advertise "sleeps 9" or something and what they mean is that people will be sleeping on foldaway couches in common area. That is NOT the case here. The house is huge and spacious and everyone will be sleeping in a bedroom (including 2 main floor bedrooms in case someone in your party has trouble negotiating stairs). It's nicely furnished and has common areas that can accommodate your entire group and enough private space for people to relax. Plenty of plates/bowls/glasses/silverware so you don't feel like your constantly doing dishes. It's close to restaurants and shopping (3-5 miles), both Sand Hollow/Quail Creek reservoirs, and so much hiking nearby. It's the perfect homebase for outdoor adventures. Communication with Red Sands was always fast, friendly, and professional. This is definitely one of our favorite rentals.

Definitely would go through Red Sands again they were very responsive to all our questions and super easy check in and check out instructions. Also we got a discount with UTV and water crafts rentals going through them.

We loved our stay ! These home were the perfect place for our family reunion! Plenty of room for our large family to spread out but also to gather altogether when we want. So close to Sand Hollow where we could play all day in the water so beautiful and refreshing. red Sands were communicative and responsive to make sure everything was up to standard and we had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend

We had a large group for a family reunion and used 2 units side by side. The units were clean and spacious, and we were very comfortable and had a great time. The kitchens had the basics. We could have used a little more in the way of serving and prepping items, but we got by. We would stay there again.

We loved our stay at the escondido property. Everyone (group of 40) had a great time! We loved the Washington rec center and frequently visited it as the weather was very hot. The only thing was that the kitchen was not well equipped with enough cookwares for cooking for our big group of 40 people. It would be nice to have some big pans and pots so we could prepare food for a big group if we wanted to. Thank you for a wonderful time! We would highly recommend it!

Our family really enjoy our stay at the property. The houses were clean, beautiful and big enough for our family. The kids really enjoy swimming at the pool. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely return again.

My parents celebrated their 50th anniversary and all of their kids and grandkids were able to stay together and celebrate them being together. We were able to split up into the two houses and the teens had a space and the younger kids had a space and the adults had a space. The 4 living rooms worked great and all the TV's made it easy to put a movie on for the littles. Only negative was the neighborhood is heavy in construction. Looks like that won't last long though. We were only 10 min from all the activities we did. There were pickleball paddles available and also courts a block away to use. The rock wall and pool available at the Washington rec center was a big hit. Everything was very clean and labeled clearly. It was very clear what the expectations for us were. It was a really great stay!
