This two-level home enjoys a reverse floor plan that brings the main living spaces upstairs to maximize the view and the wonderful natural light. The cozy, carpeted living room has comfortable furnishings and an entire wall of windows; it opens to a bright dining space and a fully appointed kitchen with every essential appliance. Sliding glass doors lead outside to a spacious, wrap-around deck; there's also a second deck off the rear bedroom with a gas grill and a table for outdoor dining. At night, you can retreat to the den downstairs to pile on the soft sofa, play board games, or watch Netflix favorites on the flatscreen TV. The primary bedroom is on the ground floor as well, offering a private bathroom with a clawfoot tub (and a hand-held shower) and direct access to a secluded garden patio. The other two bedrooms and one full bathroom are upstairs on the main floor. Things to Know This home is a non-smoking home. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only; the only exception would be in the case of a power outage, and wood is not provided. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: AD&T Surveillance Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Difficult dealing with large property manager. Very beureacratic. No one had authority to do anything. Infant was sick and early check in was important. Watched the cleaning crew leave before noon but property manager said early checkin was someone else’s responsibility so had to wait until 4. Never had such a bad experience. Will NEVER rent a Vacasa managed property again.

The property was exactly what we needed, we were 3 adults playing in a golf marathon at Chamers Bay. The 3 bedrooms all had very comfortable beds. We did not cook, but the kitchen was well stocked. The pictures do not do the property justice, it is much nicer than shown. Very clean, very quiet, and provided everything and more than we were expecting.

We really enjoyed our stay. We gave our daughter and her family the code and when i got there was told it was the perfect house. When we got up on Saturday morning the weather was awesome. We weren't there much, but while we were it was great. Oh and my husband enjoyed the trailmix. All in all the house was beautiful and we appreciated it. I have it saved for future reference.

This great house was very clean, had amazing beds, comfy sofas, high end kitchen amenities. It was in a great neighborhood walking distance to whole foods and trader Joe's and very close to chambers bay golf course. The space was cozy and spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious backyard and plenty of parking. Hosts were very accommodating and
