Nestled in West Jordan, this attractive house for $151 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This space is perfect for a long weekend getaway or a long-term stay in the SLC area (it’s about 15 minutes from the SLC airport and 15-20 minutes outside of downtown SLC). It includes the full house (minus the basement apartment), parking in the 2-car garage, and the fully fenced backyard with YOUR OWN PRIVATE HOT TUB. It has self-check-in option for your privacy. The space is the upstairs three bedrooms with a large family room, large loft with game table and activities, and the kitchen is well-stocked with the necessities (dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots and pans, a blender, salt, pepper, and oil). Full sized washer and dryer is included. One bedroom has 1 king bed and a portable crib with an attached full bathroom. Another bedroom has a set of 3 single bunk bed and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second full bathroom enters from the main hallway. The loft has two full-sized sofa beds. The loft/second living room, living room, and master bedroom all have brand new smart TVs so you can access your streaming accounts. Children's toys, games, puzzles, and books are provided in the loft closet to help keep those little hands and minds entertained :) You will have full access to the fully fenced, grassy back yard with your own private hot tub on the deck. Guest access: As for parking, please only park in the 2-car garage or in front of the garage. Allow room for the basement renters to access the west driveway. The house is located at the beginning of a narrow cult de sac and doesn't allow for good street parking. Please only park in the driveway or in the garage. You will be contacted to move any vehicles that are parked on the street. Other things to note: This bright and Cozy home is located in perfect spot of West Jordan. It is in walking distance to the grocery store, fast food, dinning & (Trax) the light rail public transit. Easy access to the major freeways and highways is also a plus. It is only 24 minutes to the base of the canyons for skiing at Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, & Solitude. Also, the basement apartment is a separate rental, and they will be parking on the west side of the house. Please note that even with the space being exclusively yours you may at times hear basement noise. The home is well-stocked but if I have forgotten anything, or you have forgotten to bring something during your stay, let us know so that we can help make your stay more comfortable!

Great location beyween the canyons and Park City. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own space after a day of skiing. Hot tub was so cozy! The garage was a bonus. I would stay here again!

Nice house in the right location for our visit. We're always happy when the place is exactly as represented. It was great to have access to a garage during December in SLC area. Instructions were perfect, check-in was easy, communication was efficient and clear.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the hot tub and how spacious it is. I think the kitchen was fine, and I did like the array of spices there. However, the master bedroom bed was very hard. I like firm beds, but this one was much too firm for us. The other thing we noticed: the windows are very old and so the house is quite cold in the winter. We had to keep turning the heat up during the day.

We loved everything about this home. I’m so glad that we chose to stay here. There was so much room for my family to be comfortable and they also had games and toys for kids. It’s also located in a nice neighborhood. Grocery stores were nearby as well places to eat. We will definitely be booking here again in the future! Thanks for allowing my family and I to enjoy your home!

This place was great. The little details they have put into the house was nice. The little goody basket with popcorn and tea was so cute. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows. The beds were really nice also. We enjoyed the hot tub every night. We will definitely rent again!!

It is very clean and comfortable. Stocked woth lots of towels and amenities. Having a hot tub was great. Awesome Mountain view. Has lots of couches and tv's. Internet was fast and heating and cooling was easy to control and worked great. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay in Utah. Great communication with the property manager. It was what we expected and very affordable. Skiing with the Ikon pass about 40-45min to most of the ski resorts and Snow Basin was about an hour away. All of which we knew ahead of time.

Great price for this house and a hot tub! This house was super clean and had tons of room to spread out. Check in was seamless and we liked having the garage. This is the top level of a house with renters below (very common in UT) and we appreciated being upstairs. No noise from the renters! Trax is right across the street if you want to take it downtown. This location was perfect for our plans in downtown SLC and down in Utah Valley. The neighborhood felt very safe and the Trax trains are no louder than usual traffic sounds. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved this vacation property! It had the perfect amount of space for our family of 6, and we could have slept more if need be. It’s obvious the owners have thought of everything for their guests and take great pride in their property. We expected we’d have to go buy the essentials like paper products, soaps, trash bags etc but that was all there. The kitchen was fully stocked as well. There were extra linens and towels. The kids loft area had plenty of things for our teens as well as things for younger kids as well. We usually have problems with allergies when we rent vacations homes and none of us had any issues this time.. We truly couldn’t have asked for more!

The hosts were very responsive, even before our stay. The house was clean and well-stocked. It was nice to have coffee and creamer already there, also paper towels, laundry detergent, and several extra towels and blankets. Great stay.

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Salt Lake valley. The property is across the street from TRAX. (public transit) You can hop on the train and be in the city in a short time. The place is clean and comfortable with TVs throughout. The garage parking is nice and will fit two larger vehicles if needed. I would recommend this place for a mid sized group or large family that is visiting the valley in any season.

Our stay was superb! The house was beautiful. Conversations with Heather were a breeze. She is so nice! The check-in / check-out process was easy. The house is conveniently located near a grocery store / gas station / restaurants. My friends and I had such a peaceful time that it was discussed on multiple occasions. The only thing that I was nervous about was the resident downstairs. We wanted to be considerate to the noise level of voices and footsteps. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly.
