Situated in Johnson City, this charming condo for $129 per night is a great choice for your next break. Summary: This spacious 3 bed 2 bath condo is right across the street from ETSU in beautiful Johnson City, TN. We designed this boho condo with comfort in mind because we love a restful place to start or end the day. There's room for your whole crew to spread out in style as you’ll find a comfy king-sized canopy bed in the master bedroom with an attached full bathroom. The other bedrooms have room for all your friends or family with a queen bed and two sets of bunk beds! The Space: The condo sleeps 8 comfortably, as there are beds for 8 people. But in a pinch, the couch in the living room is a futon, so you could fit more if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools and supplies you need for a home-cooked meal! Guest Access: This is a ground unit with super easy access. Parking is also easy but is limited to the one assigned spot, with two more vehicles permitted in the visitor parking. The parking spaces just outside the unit are for other units so you'll want to stick to the areas described in your check-in. The Neighborhood: ETSU is right across the street and our lively downtown JC is just a few minutes down the street. But if you get the late-night munchies, the condo is a stone's throw from some of our favorite fast food places: Pal's (a local staple), Cookout, and Wendy's. If you're feeling a bit fancier, you could walk over to the fantastic gem that is Wellington's restaurant located inside the Carnegie Hotel right next to the unit. There's live Jazz every Thursday night! Keep in mind this is directly across from ETSU campus so you may hear some college noises from time to time! Getting Around: This is a ground unit with super easy access. Parking is also easy but is limited to the one assigned spot, with two more vehicles permitted in the visitor parking. The parking spaces just outside the unit are for other units so you'll want to stick to the areas described in your check-in. Additional overflow parking for residents and/or guests may park on the street (no permit required) or in the parking garage levels dedicated to ETSU student parking (ETSU parking permit required.) Rose Park HOA discourages parking in the lower levels used by Carnegie Hotel guests. You may be towed or ticketed. Parking is allowed along the fence line in the overflow parking area but be aware that it makes it difficult for other vehicles to back out. Park here only if all other spaces are full.

Adequate sums it up but the trains run just yards away and student revelers are very noisy. The bunk bed mattresses have no box spring or platform so you feel all the slats. Perhaps these beds are ok for children but certainly not adults. The apartment had a good location right across from ETSU and near downtown. It was clean with a good open floor plan.

We loved being able to walk over to campus and visit with our son at ETSU. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time together and we enjoyed being able to cook our food. Our only very small minor suggestion would be a few more comfy chairs in the living area would have been nice, but that’s just a super minor detail.

We were visiting our kids for ETSU parents weekend. It was the perfect place to stay. Close to campus and all the tailgating fun. We will be back. God speed and go Bucs.

Wonderful place to stay with lots of fun things to do in the area. We went for a Lifeway Live event and enjoyed the whole weekend. This is a nice place to stay with fun all around.

This is a convenient, pleasant place to stay. Extremely clean! Got what was advertised. The communication with property managers was excellent. A totally nice experience!

Apartment is in a complex largely rented to ETSU students. It made this rental really loud, hard to sleep. Location handy to school, groceries, restaurants. Beds comfy, apartment clean, kitchen nicely stocked with basic ingredients.
