However, some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance. This is always a good idea during hurricane season - For the safety of all involved, the exterior of the home and the garage are monitored by security cameras. -We are in a newly built coastal community close to and surrounded by water, trees, and wildlife. While it's very rare, please, don't be surprised if you see outdoor pests passing through as they are mostly likely seeking shelter in certain weather conditions. Please let us know so that we can continue to take preventative measures. We are very diligent and have regular preventive pest control, but sometimes nature can be out of our control.
