This 2 BR/2 full BA condo is ideally located literally just a 2 minute walk to Golden Peak ski school and the Riva Bahn Express lift and only a 3-4 minute walk to Gondola One and Vail Village. 2 on-site parking passes are included in the rental for your convenience. This cute lower level (semi-basement) apartment/condo was fully remodeled down to the studs in the Summer and comes equipped with brand new appliances, a washer/dryer and 3 TV's. With ~ 900sf of living space, the smaller bedrooms and living area are ideally suited to a family of 4 or 5 willing to sacrifice a little space for the convenience of being SUPER close to the ski slopes and walking distance to Vail Village. You are within easy walking distance of all of Vail's world renown restaurants, bars and nightlife. A couple of minor cosmetic issues (e.g., loose towel holder, missing dresser knob, etc.), after what I'm sure was a busy ski season, but overall a great value for a place so close to the heart of Vail Village. Would definitely stay again.
