Overall the property provided what we needed. This place is a shared living space with the owner and her dogs living downstairs. Upstairs of the home was for the guest, place was clean with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. If you dont mind shared living, good option for you.

The property was part of the host's house, but was completely separate. We saw each other a little bit, but mostly I was alone in the house. The space is big, has lots of toys (dart board, foosball, ping pong, workout gear) and a mini-fridge. Jill is a great host. I'd stay here again in a minute.

With a shared space, it can be a little awkward using the kitchen so if you're just using the upstairs space and bedroom for a short stay, it's fine. Due to Luke AFB, there is jet noise constantly but it does stop for the night. The host is great and never made us feel like we're intruding. There is a nice park nearby with walking paths but no restaurants or other shopping within walking distance.

Jill was fantastic to work with! This was our first experience with staying in a VRBO, and she answered any questions I had right away. It is a shared house, but it was not awkward. We had the two bedrooms, bathroom, workout room, and living space upstairs. The kids loved having a pool/ping pong table and dart board. It was also great to have access to the hot tub. Safe neighborhood, off street parking.

Jill was a great host, and very quick to respond with any questions or needs we had. We were in town for a college baseball tournament, and location was great-less than 2 miles to Surprise Stadium. Shared spaces were not an issue, and we had everything we needed!

My son and I stayed here to see a Cardinals football game. The stadium was an easy 10 - 15 min drive. The upstairs was perfect for us. All the conveniences of home. Jill was a great host. It is a shared rental, but didn’t even notice her there. Good value and great location.

Went with the family to visit our daughter at college. Had a fun stay with the pool table and Foosball and a short day trip to lake pleasant for fun day on the lake. Owner was quick to respond with any questions we had and the teens all enjoyed the hot tub.

We made a quick trip for my best friends wedding and the location was perfect so close to the church. If I had questions Jill was very quick to reply. The pool table was great we got to relax and play. The whole upstairs was ours and felt like we were alone the whole time. We will definitely be staying again when we are in town.

The property was very clean and comfortable. I stayed with my daughter 30, My son 20 and his girlfriend 20. We were there Easter weekend to visit family for the holiday. The only negative was the couch in the first bedroom was a couch only, Not a futon. For us this was not a problem and was an easy switching of bedmates. I slept with my daughter. The host was kind, quick to reply to any questions. My children enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. Jill provided coffee, tea, cappuccino, and hot chocolate with a Keurig machine. I will definitely be staying again. We usually travel into the area every 3 to 4 months to see my family who lives there.

My stay at Jill's place was a very pleasant one. We really enjoyed the game room and hot tub. I would have loved to work out, but let's face it I was on a mini vacation so I didn't. The work out room is there though available for use. There are dogs, but we only saw one and she was a sweetheart. You won't even notice she's there. Loved that the house is located about 20 minutes away from Camelback Ranch and about 10 minutes away from the Wildlife Zoo. There are all sorts of entertainment places within very short distance. Great place to stay.

This was the perfect place to use as a home base while we visited family and sites around Phoenix. Our three teens enjoyed playing billiards, ping pong, and Foosball. The workout room and hot tub were great. There's even a park within walking distance that has a basketball hoop and a playground area for younger kids. Jill was very accessible and accommodating. She has three dogs, which stay downstairs on the main floor, and we hardly ever heard or saw them. The upstairs game room is open to the main floor. Overall, we had a great experience and felt as if we were staying with family.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Jill was very kind and helpful. The upstairs where we stayed was clean and kept our girls entertained with the food all and pool table. We would definitely stay again :]

My wife and I and our two adult kids stay here while visiting family during the Thanksgiving week. Jill (host/owner) was very easy to communicate with and she responded to my text messages in a timely manner. This is a very comfortable and spacious upstairs with two bedrooms, 1 bath, loft with a game room and an exercise room. It's located in a safe and family friendly neighborhood. There is a neighborhood park with playground within walking distance, so if you have young kids, this would be great for you. I'm giving this 4 out of 5 stars for "accuracy of online listing" only because the listing included couple of pictures of the downstairs, which according to my understanding, was not part of the VRBO rentals. Overall, this was a great VRBO rental for me and my family. I would recommend this place if you need to stay in the area. Thanks for reading.

Jill was a great host and answered all of our questions. We were not familiar with the area and she was very helpful. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and soft. Loved how she decorated it. Streamed tv when we had down town. They had a work out room, fridge, pool table and so much more. Nice private bathroom. Check-in was very easy. Will definitely stay here again when back in town. Loved her sweet dogs. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
