This unit is located just a few short steps directly across the street where your feet will be in the sugar white sand and just steps from the waves. Once you've had enough of the beach for the day, come take a dip in the pool. The pool is located on the second floor. The master bedroom hosts a king size bed and private bath with double sinks, large garden tub, stand up shower, and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a built in bunk bed in the hallway for additional sleeping arrangements, so this unit will accommodate up to 10 guests. This unit has a great view from the balcony; which makes it the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while the children sleep, hang out with the family, or watch the beautiful sunsets while you enjoy dinner outside. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are one open floor plan, which makes for the ease of entertaining, and making memories with the family that will last a life time. The Club at Mexico Beach 3B is the perfect place to bring the family and enjoy your vacation; it offers the best of both worlds, just across the street from the sugary white sandy beach, and a refreshing pool with lounge chairs around the deck. Once you visit this condo you will want to come back time and time again. The condo complex has a designated shared grilling area. **NO SMOKING & NO PETS ALLOWED** **ALL RENTALS ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS WHEN BOOKING** CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. This property was just what our group needed. The layout of the condo was perfect. The deck is spacious and you can see the ocean as you relax. Very comfy. I am keeping the info for our next trip to Mexico Beach.

This was a family vacation of six adults and two children, ages 5 & 7. We chose this condo due to the number of beds and bunks. The beds were very uncomfortable and had very low cost linens. In fact, you could see right through them. The towels were very small and we only had 6 of them with a party of 8. They barely dried you off. There was a problem with the master shower door not closing flush and no mat to step out on. We had to keep moving one from bath to shower. The hot water worked great. Bring hand soap for kitchen and bathrooms. Also, must wear shoes out on balcony due to animal feces. We had to clear the drain when we got there as there was a few inches of standing water on balcony. Finally, found two large flying roaches - one in guest bedroom and one in hallway. I am changes will be made as the condo is in a great location and the AC works great! All in all, we did have a good time, just a bit let down at the quality of this condo.
