The living room boasts a comfortable sectional and couch - plenty of seating for everyone. Seat up to 10 people at the dining table.. Cooking is easy with the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and abundant counter space and storage. The primary suite boasts a king bed, en suite bathroom and access to a private screened deck. The upper level also hosts two comfortable king bedrooms. On the main level, you’ll find another king bedroom with a rollaway twin bed, as well as a bunk room for the kids. The five bedrooms perfectly accommodate groups of all ages! PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking. Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines. Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use. We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal. We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age.
