Nestled in Vail, this charming condo for $420 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. You can walk to Gondola One on Bridge Street (formerly the Vista Bahn), shops, dining or to the free shuttle which takes you to the Lionshead Gondola or to Golden Peak. This condo rental is spacious with a large sofa and love seat facing the warm river rock styled fireplace. Large enough for the entire family to play a game or just relax watching television. The gourmet kitchen is ready for you with granite countertops, refrigerator (including a wine fridge) and other desired appliances that you’ll need to feel at home. Plenty of seating at the breakfast bar or at the dining table (where you can seat 4 people in chairs and 3 on the bench seating). Enjoy sweeping views of Vail Mountain ski areas and of Gore Creek. Get even closer from the outside balcony off the living room. From the deck you can rest, relax and watch your family enjoying the on-site swimming pool. If you are visiting during GoPro games in the summer, you can watch the kayak events as well as the fly-fishing contests. Enjoy grilling and barbecuing from your balcony as well. The Master bedroom is large, welcoming and roomy with a king sized bed to host you during your stay. You have your own television to watch your favorite television shows when you’re ready. Next to you is your own master bathroom. You can bring plenty of clothing as there is plenty of storage for clothing and your personal items. The second bedroom is ideal for children or family and friend featuring two twin beds plus an additional folding twin bed if needed. It also has its own private bathroom with tub. In the second bedroom of this condo is also a television so those who want a little privacy can watch their favorite shows in private. Both bathrooms have in-floor heating to keep your feet warm and cozy. In the living room is a Queen sized sleeper sofa for even another sleeping option. Simply remove the cushions, fold out the bed and apply the level of comfortable blanketing that keeps you warm and happy. The home also comes complete with washer and dryer so that you do not have to leave the home for laundry (although dry cleaning is available). There is an on-site hot tub at this property for your after ski or exercise enjoyment. While we like all areas of Vail Village, the Village Center is a great option with amazing views and amenities. Some ski-storage is available in the home, (but the easiest is to store your skis by the mountain) and parking for one car is on-site in the underground parking. Great property in easy walking distance to Gondola 1. Has a great view of the creek and one parking spot which is handy. Property is well kept and served our party of three very well. Great kitchen and a big, warm fireplace which turns on with a simple push of a button on the remote. Nice balcony and great family room for gathering or watching movies. No AC, but we opened windows to cool the place down. Not sure how well that would work in summer.

The location of the condo with a view of Gore creeks was one of our favorite features of this condo. Walks to dinners or coffee or shopping as well as the mountain were 5 minutes or less. We also loved the large sliding glass windows with views of the mountain and the glass fireplace. The check in was very easy and the property management team not only met with us for check in but was very responsive and helpful. Our only disappointment was that from the description we thought there was a grill but it’s not there any more (we love cooking). That being said having the gas stovetop and fully stocked kitchen, we were able to pivot.

We enjoyed the property very much. It was accurately described and pictured. However you may want to remove the reference to “grilling” from the description as there is no outdoor grill. The service was top notch and communication via text was excellent. Thank you for a great time!!

This unit is centrally located with an east walk to the slopes An older building this unit was nicely maintained with modern appliances , fireplace and plenty of TVS , and a new washer / dryer We only wished the unit was better stocked with household essentials such a as garbage bags The management is super responsive though

I really hope that in pursuit of 5-star accommodations as indicated in the promotional materials, a function check of all the major appliances in your properties is added to your pre-arrival preparation checklist. Jeff was very accommodating and apologetic about the Hot tub and washing machine. Rob was responsive and provided us a satisfactory option and resolution to the lack of advertised amenities.
