Just a 60 second walk away, the rooftop garden offers one of a kind 360 degree panoramic views of the coastline, Haleakala, and the sparkling Pacific, along with BBQ grills that make every sunset dinner feel like a celebration. The lush grassy oceanfront grounds of the complex are equally wonderful for a morning stroll or a quiet afternoon in the fresh ocean air.

Every corner of this bright and airy unit has been lovingly updated. New tile floors flow through the main living areas, the bathrooms have been fully remodeled, and the oversized kitchen has been upgraded with everything you could need, from a cooking range and oven to a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and a full set of dishes and cookware. Preparing a meal here feels less like a chore and more like part of the vacation.

Both bedrooms are generous and restful, each featuring a king size bed. The living room offers a queen sofa bed and a smart TV, giving your group plenty of comfortable space to unwind after a day in the sun. To honor the spirit of aloha for all guests and residents at the Royal Mauian, we kindly ask that occupancy remain at a maximum of 6 people at all times, including adults, children, infants, and overnight visitors. The property is smoke free, and one parking space is included per unit. For the comfort and security of everyone, exterior cameras are in place throughout the common areas of the complex.
