When we personally travel, we look for places that are clean, comfortable, and spacious, and that's exactly what we hope you'll find here! At nearly 1900 sqft, refreshed and newly furnished, we look forward to hosting you and your friends and family as you make incredible memories here. ~25 min from DFW, ~30 min from DAL Dozens of grocery stores and restaurants within a ~1 mile radius -- Here's what you can expect: BEDROOMS: +All three bedrooms are outfitted with brand new super comfy memory foam mattresses (BR1: 1 king, BR2: 1 king, BR3: 2 twins) and room-darkening/black-out curtains to help you comfortably sleep in on those lazy mornings. +Two sets of pillows (one soft, one firm) for every guest +Night stands, bedside lamps, one luggage rack, a small set of drawers, clothes hangers, and full-length mirrored closet doors in every room LIVING ROOM: +Enjoy bingeing your streaming services on our 65’ flat screen 4K Roku TV as you sprawl out on our massive sectional sofa that comfortably seats 6+ (with room to spare!) with the whole group. +Books, games, and toys for the family +Corner bumpers guards on the coffee table to protect against sharp corners KITCHEN: +Coffee and tea--we have a kitchen cabinet dedicated to housing enough coffee and tea to get you started during your stay, along with powdered creamer and sugar. We have an easy to use Black and Decker 12 cup coffee machine, as well as the option for pour over drip coffee (single-cup) with our gooseneck electric water kettle. We use re-usable stainless steel mesh filters for either method. +Flatware, dishware, drinking glasses, mugs, wine glasses, and etc. for 6 +Hard anodized pots & pans set, cooking utensils, wine/can/bottle openers, quality knife set + sharpener, cutting boards, mixing bowls, colanders, bakeware, ample dish soap + dishwasher pods, and more +Appliances--toaster oven (with air fry), Nutribullet blender, 8 quart Instant Pot Duo (electric pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, steamer, sauté/browning and warmer), electric water kettle, 12 cup coffee machine +Plastic flatware/dishware for children DINING: +Large dining table seats 6+ +Additional dining at the breakfast nook seats 4 BATHROOMS: +Dedicated makeup towels +Washcloths, hand towels, body towels, and bath mats +Name brand shampoo, conditioner, and body wash +Brand new Waterpik shower heads +Hair dryers, cotton swabs, and cotton pads +Shower/bath combo in the shared bathroom, and newly remodeled walk-in shower in the master bathroom (stand-alone tub is decorative only at the moment) LAUNDRY: +In-unit washer and dryer +Detergent pods, dryer sheets, hamper, and laundry basket +Handheld clothes steamer BACKYARD: +Fully fenced in backyard with large patio and patio cover +22" Weber charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal) + grilling accessories PARKING: +Free street parking available in front of the house, in the private driveway, or in private attached garage MISC: +Every outlet and cabinet is carefully labeled to save you the trouble of guessing what's behind each door/how to turn on the light +Nightlights in the bathroom so you don't have to fumble around in the dark +Tamper-resistant outlets (to help with child-proofing) +Up to 300 Mbps download speeds with AT&T fiber internet (super fast!) with wifi boosters throughout the house to ensure no dead zones (&super reliable!). +Tons of natural sunlight -- +With the exception of 2 owner's closets (located in the hallway and kitchen), the whole house is open to you for enjoyment. Please do not attempt to access these closets, as they store extra supplies and linens for our cleaners.

Having the 2 king beds was a +++ for our group. We were a party of 2 couples traveling to see another couple friend for the weekend. The sectional and large dining table were an added bonus that allowed us time to spend together. Very clean, comfortable home. Highly recommend.

Me and my friends had such a great stay even though we stayed for 2 nights! The host provided us with amazing appliances and the house was just decorated so cutely . Would definitely come back here again!

Shalom was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were detailed and helpful. The house was very clean and well stocked. But as we are group of friends meeting, we hard time using restroom because it doesn’t have locks. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!
