The light and bright bedrooms are ready for relaxation, with one including a luxe massage chair. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and expansive stone counter space. Or head to the patio for an afternoon cookout - the enclosed backyard provides a gas grill and alfresco dining space. Nestled at the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains, SaddleBrooke is a gated getaway with amazing amenities. Enjoy access to multiple golf courses, a fitness center, pickleball/tennis/bocce ball courts, nature trails, an outdoor lap pool/hot tub, and on-site eateries. Things to Know Free WiFi Full kitchen Snowbird-friendly The family dogs are welcome Two adult bikes are provided in the home ​​Streaming is available using your own account For an additional sleeping option, there’s a twin futon in the living room All rentals require a minimum 14-night stay This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 55 years of age to book. Guests under 55 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Very nicely appointed and well-cared for house. We were looking to purchase a home in this community so location was perfect for us. About 30 minute drive down to Tucson. Two negative comments I have: Queen sized bed in second bedroom in bad shape and very uncomfortable. House needs a hot water recirculation pump. Took about 5 minutes to get hot water in the bathrooms. Major resource waste.
