Located in Rockwell, this charming condo for $105 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Newly updated condo located just steps away from the water's edge with a large swim dock. Beautiful lake views from every room, a spacious open floor plan, and all needed amenities in one adorable condo. This unit also has two FULL bathrooms with granite countertops in each. The master bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and the guest bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, basic cookware and utensils, coffee pot, and microwave. This condo also includes a brand new full sized washer and dryer in a separate laundry area. The bedroom features a brand new king sized bed and Serta mattress for a comfortable nights sleep and personal TV with ROKU. The master suite also includes a doorway straight to the patio to sit and watch the lake and listen to the water gently lap and relax you. The living room area is spacious with a couch, sitting area, and 50 inch flatscreen ROKU TV...just in case you get tired of looking at the gorgeous lake view. We also provide Philo streaming TV which has approximately 60 channels. Enjoy the fresh air and lake views while grilling outside on our new electric grill. Eating meals will be a breeze at the granite bar with comfortable barstools, outdoor on the patio, or at one of our common area picnic tables on the lake's edge. You could also enjoy one of our MANY close by wonderful tasty restaurants. With Bubba Brews pub and grill located right across the street and many other restaurants and cuisines within a 5 minutes drive. Oaklawn Racing Casino only 8 minutes away, Magic Springs 15 minutes, Garvan Gardens 13 minutes, and beautiful downtown Hot Springs a quick 10 minutes drive there is no shortage of things to do or places to eat. ***There is a full size couch in the living room that will comfortably sleep one person. The couch is NOT a sleeper sofa. ***An electric twin sized blow up air mattress is available upon request. ***Please be aware when booking that the annual Lake Hamilton drawdown starts on November 1, 2023. The water view is affected after this date and remains affected until the refill in March 2024. The lake is scheduled to be lowered 5ft.*** This property will still have a very nice water view. It will just be lower than usual. ***Sunday thru Thursday night can be booked for one night. Friday and Saturday require a two night minimum reservation. Certain holidays may require a 3 night minimum reservation.***

Everything about the location was as described, and it couldn’t have been cuter. It had everything we needed for space and amenities, as well as lots of extras. It way also very clean, very neat, and uncluttered. It is conveniently located near pretty much any and everything in Hot Springs, but even though it’s right off a main stretch of road, you can barely hear traffic when you’re sitting on the back patio. Both the sunrises and sunsets were beautiful over the water, and the overall vibe is just peaceful and relaxing. The hosts are very polite and communicative, and we will absolutely book this location for future trips.

We used the Relaxing Roost as a home base to explore Hot Springs. Was convenient to the park, the casino, Garvan Woodland Gardens and Lake Catherine State Park by car. Condo was clean and well-stocked, worked great for the two of us. The entrance is easy to miss the first time - look for the Hamilton Shores sign.

Great location on lake Hamilton nestled bay with swimming dock and nice view. Very clean, well decorated condo on lower level . Rated a 5 despite a little foot step noise from unit above. Grwat for romantic getaway or staying with family

Clean, affordable, clear communication from the property owner. Steps away from the lake. The dock is quiet and a nice place to sit and relax at the end of the day. The fish don’t really seem to bite much where we were but that’s not what we went for anyway. We couldn’t have enjoyed our time there more. If we come back to Arkansas, this will definitely be our top place to stay again.

This place was absolutely perfect! I can’t say enough about it. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable, and just as it’s shown. All the amenities were great. I swam every day, and it was glorious. Highly recommend!

Condo was clean and met all of our needs. The location is prime... right on the lake with a dock for easy lake access. Only 10 minutes to downtown, Garvan Woodland Gardens, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I spent two nights here to celebrate his 50th birthday. Neither of us had been to Hot Springs before. We love staying places with a view of water, and this one has it—steps from the back doors! We enjoyed a day touring Hot Springs just a few miles down the road. Easy check-in and check-out processes. We loved having two bathrooms too.

very clean ... wi-fi was excellent/fast - you never know about some places ... ton of amenities ... great location - not far at all from the tourist stores downtown & shopping and restaurants around Central Ave and Mall St if you take Higdon Ferry Rd ... Next time we visit Hot Springs we'll definitely stay there!
