Situated in Isabela, this lovely house for $269 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. A new 3 level modern home in an exclusive gated community. Large private driveway, 2 car garage. Just a few minutes to all Isabela beaches. Shacks, Jobos, Middles, Playa Montones, Pozo Teodoro , Playa Villa Pesquera. The 1st level has an open floor plan which has a well equipped spacious kitchen, dining area, Livingroom with a half a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances , coffee maker , air fryer, microwave, bullet blender, toaster and ice maker. The eating area has a nice large table for 6 and it overlooks the rear of the home which has great views of the landscape. Natuzzi sofas for 6 , Free Wi-Fi, Q-Led TV, A/C and a workstation area are all in the very comfortable living area . The 1st level also has a patio with a table for 6 which overlooks palm trees and gives you a feel of serenity. The 2nd level has a comfy open family room where you can spend time with your family and play board games watch a movie or just read a good book. The bedrooms are on 2nd level as well. There is a full bath for the 2 guest bedrooms. Both guest bedrooms have independent cold A/C's , large closets and nice natural lighting. The master bedroom is quite spacious has a private bath with a double sink. A large sliding door gives you access to your private balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The Rooftop lounge is on the third level. The rooftop is equipped with a L-shaped sofa with tables and chairs. Here you will have spectacular views of the sunrise, sunsets, the Atlantic Ocean during the day and all the stars at night.

Me and my family of five really enjoyed our stay here for our first trip to PR over the holidays. David was super attentive and accommodating. He made everything easy. The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our five-day stay. We liked the proximity to such a variety of beaches all within a ten to twenty-minute drive. Would love to return and stay here again.

We love this property and the location. The house was very spacious, and afforded us all privacy when desired. The roof is a great place for relaxing and tanning. The espresso maker and beach chairs came in very handy. We made good use of the countertop space for meal prep. We checked out quite a few beaches. Definitely recommend Jobos and crash boat. Our host David was always making great recommendations of other sites and places to eat, and they all worked out wonderfully. We would certainly like to stay here again.

- House is beautiful. It’s new. Clean. Very tastefully furnished. Excellent a/c. Cozy couches. Large master bedroom with full bath. - House is super organized which is a big deal to me. Cluttered places just don’t give you the same level of relaxation. - It’s really close to Walmart and Selectos (a grocery that has everything!) - It’s close to Jobos beach and about 25 minutes to Crash Boat (one of Puerto Rico’s nicest beaches) - You are not ocean front but you can totally see the ocean if you walk out the front door, the patio and certainly on the rooftop patio. Speaking of which, OMG the stars. Head up there at night and you’ll be left speechless. I don’t even care about these things and I was in awe. It was incredible sitting there just looking at the stars and breathing in the amazing air. - The kitchen has everything and is new like the rest of the house. In previous PR homes that we rented (which were super expensive) I wouldn’t step foot in the kitchen, here I used it like it was my own. - While every PR vacation is wonderful, this house really enhanced our stay. It’s just so pretty and clean that you feel really comfortable here ) I’m not really sure how to describe it other than by comparing it to my previous experiences. - The gated community it’s in, is nice and quiet. We took an evening stroll each night and it was very pleasant. - The host was very quick to respond to any question I had. - Seriously thrilled to have found this place. Awesome vacation.

My family got together for the holidays and stayed here. Really great spot for families, safe and quiet neighborhood. Views of the ocean from the rooftop patio. Absolutely beautiful, we would love to stay there again! The host was great with communication and recommendations. The fireworks viewed from the roof top on New Year’s Eve was an experience like no other, spectacular! The house is also in a great location for quick trips to experience the west side of the island! We really loved our time at this place!

The property was just as advertised. Plenty of space, clean, 10 min or less drive to Jobos and Montones and several other beaches. There was just enough beach gear to use on hand as well. There was a water main issue with the town and David was great in keeping us apprised of the situation and getting the backup water system activated. Overall we had a great time and David was an excellent host. Would absolutely recommend and rent again.

We had an amazing time staying at this property! The pictures of the property are spot on! The home was very clean with plenty of amenities. There is plenty of room to stretch out and relax! The supermarkets are close as well as the beaches! The rooftop is a great place to hangout and watch a beautiful sunset! David was very responsive with any questions and concerns we had. We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Beautiful home with amazing views in a safe gated community! We were a group of 9 (including 4 teenagers) and there was more than enough room for everyone. The owner, David, was very helpful and responded all our questions at all hours. We look forward to visiting again soon!:)

This home had every amenity available and very spacious so you didn't feel cramped. Very secure area and convenient to many beaches, tourist locations, roads, eatery, plazas and stores. Tranquil area provided the relaxation wanted on a vacation. Owner was very responsive and accomodating. Highly recommend. We'll be back!

This home was everything we wanted and more. To begin we arrived to this gorgeous and very, very clean home. The cleanliness was outstanding and we immediately felt comfortable. There is plenty of room with two very comfortable sitting areas. The grill was a huge plus and we were able to grill and chill most nights. The views from the home were spectacular whether you were on the ground level or the completely awesome roof top deck. The roof top deck is set up with chairs and tables and was our go to place early evenings for sunset. The island views and incredible ocean views were more than we had hoped for. Also the neighborhood was gated and not only felt safe but peaceful. The home is about a 5 minute or so drive to Jobo's and I highly recommend it. The owner, David, is very responsive to questions and made our stay amazing!!

Although the reason for renting was bittersweet (burying dad from New York) our family was able to get together and share and enjoy great memories in a wonderful and spacious home complete with all of the amenities. Hope to one day come back under better circumstances.

Our group of 8 stayed at this beautiful home from Dec 30-Jan 2. It was an exceptionally clean, well stocked home with expansive views of the ocean. We arrived after dark and our check in process was smooth and efficient. We felt safe throughout the stay and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and surrounding homes and streets. Ive never seen a fireworks display like the ones from the rooftop of this home on New Year’s Eve. It was absolutely amazing! The owners were super responsive (especially when we thought we were going to have to cancel our trip due to the latest executive orders for Covid) and once we arrived, they were very helpful with recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back soon.

Isabela is a beautiful simple town, with great beaches! Supermarket super close. You do need a car to get to the beach. I would rent it again.
