Tolles Apartement mit Aussicht

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren unübertrefflich! Das Appartement war mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht und die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles wunderschön und neu!

Die Parksituation war etwas schwierig - kein Parkplatzverfügbar such nicht zum ausladen des Gepäcks. So schön die Lage, direkt an der Ruta 1 war gab es viel Strassenlärm.

Condón en la cama... Pésimo higiene

Es lamentable, todo lo sucedido, elegi el depto por mejor, fui por temas de trabajo, al dia siguiente de estadía se corta el agua, tenía reunión y la encargada tuve que yo llamarla para solicitar un bidón de agua para poder ducharme a penas para ir a mis reuniones, después toalla de manos manchadas y olía mal, al hacer la cama encuentro en el respaldo un preservativo usado pero debió ser de hace días ... Se le comenta a la señorita Marielba Núñez, se deshizo en perdón ... Yo no soy de molestar trabajo en el rubro de la hotelería y encuentro mal toda esta situación. Me dijeron que le vamos a devolver el 50% de la reserva el cual a más es caro ... 3 días hábiles y ahora después de 4 días se les consulta que pasó y me dicen que el que paga está fuera de chile que nuevamente disculpe ... Osea otra vez más una burla si no pregunto si no me llaman. Pésimo servicio, y post venta peor ... Lugar sucio, pica higiene y más encima no cumplen con lo acordado, no obstante de eso me dan el check out más tarde y tengo a una persona tocando la puerta de forma insistente para que abandone el depto, se le dice que me dieron la salida más tarde y la misma señorita Marielba Muñoz me dice que el depto está arrendado ... Al final me fui pero no lo recomiendo poco serios. Si alguien quiere me contacta y le envío las conversaciones y fotos para que puedan ver la realidad. No quería colocar el post porque me resolverían por la devolución pero al parecer les da lo mismo. Agregar que los sillones también estaban manchados .... De todas manera se les saca fotos y se entrega el depto ordenado y la loza lavada de mi parte.
