El condominio tiene acceso directo a la playa y la alberca tiene el agua a temperatura templada.
El departamento está limpio y agradable. Con aire acondicionado.
Al edificio en general le falta mucho mantenimiento. Se ve que aún está afectado por el huracán del 2023. Le faltan plafones en los techos y la fachada también sigue con mala pinta.

Понравилось все: в квартире есть все для комфортного проживания. Отличный пляж, бассейн, отсутствие посторонних людей, наличие торговых точек, кафе и ресторанов рядом. Вид из окна потрясающий.
Не закончен ремонт в местах общего пользования, но это не зависит от хозяина. Очень мало парковочных мест, что тоже не зависит от хозяина.
