The residence is located on the outskirts of cosy Piesendorf; an authentic village in Pinzgau. You walk straight to the bakery, supermarket and restaurants in the centre (about 500 m). Or you can have the local baker deliver fresh rolls to your door in the morning. By car or ski bus (stop at 400 m) you can reach the well-known ski resorts of Kaprun and Zell am See in no time. Kaprun is located near a glacier and, with a peak of 3029 metres, is pretty snow-sure. You can often ski there from November to May. The Zell am See ski resort is very extensive and fun for both beginners and advanced skiers. From the slopes you have a beautiful view of the lake. In total, the Kaprun-Zell am See area has no less than 135 km of slopes. And with the ZellamseeXpress, a trip to the slopes of the Skicircus Saalbach/Hinterglemm is also a possibility, which extends the total slopes to 408 km. Das Haus war in einem Topzustand und liegt sehr schön.

Gute Lage des Ferienhauses, mit Bahn- und Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Toller Blick über das Tal. Die Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen (Saune, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Skiraum sind zwar sehr gut, aber leider für die OG Wohnung nur über die Außentreppe erreichbar. Das Wohnzimmer / Küche ist gemessen an der Anzhal der möglichen Schlafmöglichkeiten knapp bemessen. Lademöglichkeiten (Stand 10/22) in der unmittelbaren Nähe leider keine. Im Osten des Dorfes gibt es eine AC Säule, zu Fuß etwa 15 min. 150er DC Lader gibt es in Kaprun, Schüttdorf und Fusch.

Gute Lage des Hauses, in der Nähe des Freibades mit schöner Rutsche (kostenlos mit der Gästekarte) und der Zughaltestelle (kostenlos nach Zell am See am Freitag). Schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse (mit Wärmelampe) über das Tal. Es gibt auch ein sehr schönes italienisches Restaurant im Dorf und eine Bäckerei nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Gemeinschaftssauna im Untergeschoss ist ausgezeichnet und sehr angenehm. Allerdings muss man von der Wohnung im ersten Stock über eine Außentreppe in den Keller gehen. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner im Keller, was sehr praktisch ist. Kleine Küchenzeile, aber alles notwendige Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen sind vorhanden.

Schöne, geräumige und neue Wohnung. Vollständig ausgestattet. Handseife ist sogar Standard. Perfekte Lage für schöne Ausflüge und das Schwimmbad ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
