Myers Beach is a quick drive away, with Sanibel and Captiva just beyond. You’re also just a few minutes’ drive from shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. Come on in and enjoy relaxing in this comfortable condo. Central air-conditioning cools every room, and the garden view sets a lovely tone. Enjoy cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen, with plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar that seats two. If someone spills, just use the private washer/dryer to clean things up. The main bedroom features an en suite bathroom, and a privacy divider turns the second bedroom into a suite with an en suite bathroom. Guests of this condo can enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool and tennis court during their stay. THINGS TO KNOW The lower part of the building and outside areas will be undergoing construction throughout the next year. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. This second-floor condo does not have access to an elevator. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This condo is super clean and had everything we needed. Location is great to visit all of Ft Meyers and surrounding towns. The pool/bbq area was perfect and the condo complex was very quiet. When we ran out of an item, the manager was there within the hour to deliver more. Everything was in perfect working order and the water pressure was great in the showers.! I definitely recommend this place and we will be back!

Perfect apartment in great location. Easy walk to coffee shop (Chocolatee), Super Target, 5 minutes to Love Boat Ice Cream, and many more places and beaches. Quite, clean apartment with everything thought through. Thank you! We will come back again.
