Der Aufenthalt wäre ohne den Wasserschaden super gewesen.

Das Hotel war sauber und komfortabel. Auch das Frühstück war super. Wir haben sogar ein Upgrade für ein Appartement bekommen.

Am 2. Abend war im Badezimmer über uns ein Wasserschaden, sodass das Wasser in unserem Bad aus der Deckenlampe lief und den Raum unter Wasser setzte. Trotz Anruf bei der Rezeption kam niemand und wir haben mit Handtüchern alles trocken gelegt.

Gutes Hotel am Übergang zu Sanibel, aber nicht ganz preiswert.

Liegt kurz vor dem Gateway zu Sanibel Island. Große Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und ausgestatteter Küchenzeile. Super Frühstück mit vielen hochwertigen Sachen (div. Müslizutaten, frischer Fruchtsalat etc.)

Die gute Lage lässt sich das Hotel auch gut bezahlen.

Sehr gut

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Sehr abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft. Das Personal im Frühstücksbereich war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war sehr schön und es fehlte nichts. Bei der Buchung eines Verlängerungstages konnten wir das Zimmer ohne Umstände weiterhin nutzen. Die Parkplatzsituation war sehr gut. In der Umgebung gab es fußläufig einen Supermarkt.:)

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut, da sie im Bereich des Bettes angebracht gewesen ist.

Location. Close to beaches, restaurants, etc.

My sister smokes. Even though it is a smoke free establishment, should have designated smoking area outside for those that do smoke.

Everything was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was exceptional I'll book here again in the future.

Bad

We got bumped to the Faiirfield. Which was awful…we had a 1 bedroom reserved and got a dirty, poor, small room 30 minutes away. We are so disappointed in Marriott. Please call..760-415-5023.

We should have been switched to a better hotel. Not the bottom of the barrel for Marriott…..😒

Great for Family fun

The breakfast was very good. Simple. Breakfast staff was really friendly.

The room was great. Everything was clean. Only issue that I had was the room was very humid. For some reason everything was wet. I thought it was just the AC until i heard another person complaining about the same thing.

I woul'd choose to stay again and recommend to others!

Wonderful breakfast selections. We had an ocean side view! Location provides easy access to Sanibel Island, etc. Publix grocery store was so close you could walk to it, which was very convenient. Great amenities. Just about everything you need. Our room was perfect with separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and living space with kitchen. We were on the 6th floor, we had very quiet area.

Our room needed vacuuming and we needed fresh towels. We asked for towels. No attention to room cleaning during our stay. We had tracked sand in. No way to sweep or vacuum ourselves. Other than that, it is a great place! From above question: I had no idea we could pay for extra services, like attractions during our stay. I did not know the closest beach was Punta Rassa. Sometimes staff offers such info, which would have been helpful to us since we didn't know the area.

There is an issue with all the barking dogs being placed with those who are trying to sleep.

Accomendations were very nice. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Very nice breakfast set up. Room was clean and very comfortable.

We are animal lovers however, we do feel that those with barking dogs should be placed in an area of the hotel where those of us who do not have barking dogs are placed. Dogs barking in the evening, during the night and in the morning. When staying at a hotel you hope to have a relaxing time. However, all we heard was barking dogs.

Superb

Our room, suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, was so great. We loved that there was a kitchen with a dinner table and a living room, too. So much space! The pool area looked beautiful. A grocery store was right next to the hotel. Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach are quite near.

We didn't like the ants by the pool. You couldn't chill out there at all, only swim.

dogs - lady with 2 dogs said my friends baby was scaring her dogs on the elevator but this is a hotel for people not dogs. We waited for the next elevator.

Good location but needs some TLC

Good location for sanibel island

No items left at breakfast in the last hour so if you want a lie in dont expect much to eat. Had to ask 3 times for towels and collect them. Hallways had rubbish and sand on carpet and not hovered in 4 days. Cleaning not up to expected standard. TV remote not working and again took 14 hours for replacement batteries. Rooms ok but doors in kitchen dont shut and hinges broken. For money paid expected better standard

Room in disrepair. Shelves falling off the wall; screen slider to balcony broken; furniture stained and tattered; room cleaning very difficult to schedule; had to constantly ask for room restock (towels; sheets; trash bags etc)

loved the pool time, room was comfortable but could use improvements.

pool and basketball court. front desk was helpful. lounge area was nice and clean. laundry facilities were useful. tea, coffee and cookies were good. pool was open until 10pm (great!).

wish room had a balcony. breakfast time was too short (6.30 to 9.30a runs too early). breakfast was missing several items (waffles, eggs, sausages - signs were placed around the kitchen, but no food to be seen). simple basic cereals would have been good. one toaster (lineups!). too much disposable, single use items (utensils, bowls) - what a waste. fox news is not necessary (how about sports or something relaxing). too few towels in the room, and no bedding for the extra sofa bed (shouldn't have had to ask). sofa bed itself is pretty uncomfortable (that's typical though).dishwasher was noisy and leaked all over the floor. a-c/fan in the room was quite noisy as well.

Very good

I got sick and was unable to make it. I just started using booking.com and i did not realize it was non refundable when i booked it. The property would be able to confirm I never arrived. I understand your policy now but if i cannot get this refunded this one time I will have to use someone else's service.

Not what we ordered

The eggs and tater tots were disgusting. Highly disappointed in the quality of crap served. We dumped our plates and left.

I didn't like that I reserved a king suite and upon arrival was given a double queen. It was uncomfortable and not what I booked and paid for over a month in advance. The inside of the hotel appears clean and nice. The outside is looking like a swamp monster that needs a major deep clean.

friendly staff. very nice room decor and kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including dish soap and paper towels. Their breakfast has a variety of choices. very pleased with my stay here

Poor breakfast

Convenience location to go anywhere with 20 to 30 mins away

The rooms, the beds wasn’t soft uncomfortable sleep, no room services, their was ants in the room, to call the front desk took to long to answer the call, poor internet services, the breakfast made my wife sick, we have to buy our own breakfast because made my wife go to the bathroom, the hallway smell and never smell fresh. No ice to get… Again for what I pay for I could had stay closer to beach without breakfast..
