Gutes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt, typisch Holiday Inn Express

Ein noch recht neues Hotel mit ordentlicher Ausstattung, alles sehr sauber und ansprechend. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und zuvorkommend. Der Pool war in Ordnung, wenn auch etwas trist gestaltet. Ganz in der Nähe gibt ein Walmart-Supercenter und diverse Restaurants. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Fort Myers Beach und Sanibel Island.

Das Frühstück ist perfekt auf amerikanische Bedürfnisse ausgerichtet, für unseren Geschmack allerdings sehr spartanisch.

+ Lage mit dem Auto in guter Erreichbarkeit zu Fort Myers Beach und Sanibel Island + zweckmäßiges Hotel als preiswerte Alternative zu den sonst sehr überteuerten Beach Ressorts in der näheren Umgebung

- Frühstück mit wenig Auswahl, fast ausschließlich Fertigprodukte und Einweggeschirr - Hoher Preis für wenig Komfort

I had a cozy, comfortable, and peaceful stay.

The breakfast was great, and had the coolest pancake machine! I also loved the energy saving features in the rooms.

I can't think of anything that would've improved my stay. Everything was excellent.

We loved it! Minor inconveniences, but nothing we couldn’t fix!

Great location, staff is extremely friendly, nice breakfast, great facilities.

There was multiple stains on our bed sheets and pillow cases. our shower was a little clogged and wouldn’t drain well.

We would go back.

We liked the proximity to the trolly station. Breakfast was good except when the oven was broken (two days). The staff was as irritated as we were. We felt bad for them. The staff was really friendly and kind.

The views were a little lacking, but we knew what we were getting ourselves into. There was a lack of sidewalks between the hotel and the WalMart.

Eine einzige Enttäuschung!

Neues Hotel, große Zimmer, gutes Frühstück

Schnöseliger, unfreundlicher junger Mann am Empfang, schickte uns weg, weil wir uns erlaubten, 30 Minuten zu früh einchecken zu wollen. WC Spülung defekt, die Reparatur war die nächsten 4 Tage nicht möglich. Patio war aus unerfindlichen Gründen nicht zugänglich. Mickriger Alibi-Pool. Hellhörige Wände, schlechtes Internet. Hotel ist den Zimmerpreis von 175 Dollar absolut nicht wert.

Bestens geeignet für die Erkundung von Fort Myers und Sanibel Island.

Schöne, geräumige Zimmer in sehr guter Lage. Nicht weit ins Zentrum von Fort Myers und nach Sanibel Island. Gut zu finden, sehr angenehmer Check-In, superfreundliches Personal, kostenloses Parken.

Das Frühstück ist nur etwas für Leute mit robustem Magen und es gab nur Einweg-Geschirr und -Besteck.

Schöne große Zimmer, ebenerdige Dusche, sehr großes und super bequemes Bett mit super angenehmer Bettwäsche. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut. Nur ca 25 Minuten vom Flughafen Fort Myers entfernt

Very modern, clean and friendly staff

Although only a 5-10 minute drive to the beach (fort myers beach) there wasn’t anything in the immediate area that you could just walk to.

Stay here. You won't regret it!

A beautiful, very comfortable place to stay! The king suite was amazing, and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was outstanding.

The maid knocking on our door at 8am, even though we had the "Do not disturb' sign out.

Passable

The bed was super comfy, free breakfast was great, all employees that we interacted with were friendly! The location was extremely convenient to every place we wanted to visit.

The water was extremely soft, felt almost soapy, and no bathroom fans in the rooms. The result was a very humid bathroom with dangerous and slippery surfaces. Even with the shower stall glass door closed, the floor was wet. I fell getting out. The metal track/lip that the glass door slides on and fits into on the wall are very painful to fall on.

Exceptional

The staff went above and beyond. Our reservation was ‘stuck’ and didn’t come through to the hotel. Rose worked hard and figured it out and ask us to cancel the Booking reservation as it didn’t come through which I did via a cancellation message before 4:00pm. Luckily they had a room and even upgraded it since we were inconvenienced! Excellent service.

Clean and nice :)

It was so amazing definitely recommend for anyone new coming into Florida really nice and clean. The workers there were also so nice and welcoming . 10/10 will definitely come back

Ch city your bill and confirm your reservation or pick a different place. !!!

Billing and reservation system did not work properly. They did not have my booking and charged me twice for the service and provided an invoice for a different amount I disputing this.

Reservation and billing were all incorrect and double billed for incorrect amounts.

Top location, near Sanibel gateway, new and modern Hotel.

Standard breakfast in a modern and stylish restaurant. Well air conditioned and clean rooms, nice pool and fitness area. Very well located along Sanibel gateway, nothing to complain, we were fully satisfied during our stay.
