A beautiful converted Coach House within the grounds of a stunning Grade II Listed West Norfolk thatched 16th Century residence. The Coach House at Old Hall combines the luxury of a hotel with all the comforts of home. We are close to King’s Lynn down a small country ‘No Through’ lane surrounded by farmland. The Coach House provides an open-plan sitting room, kitchen & shower room with a huge first floor bedroom with a superking-sized bed and perfect white linen (with free-standing copper bath and record player with vinyl selection). Farrow and ball used throughout. Netflix, fast internet and cable TV. Roses round the door and ample parking for your car make for a perfect stay.
Dog – friendly stay.
Bringing your dog? You don’t need to pack for your four-legged friend. The Coach House is dog-friendly for up to two dogs, and we provide a doggy welcome pack with cosy bed, blanket, dog bowls for food and water, treats and a toy.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Everything felt really special, and the attention and care from Gil were absolutely first class. The highlight for us was the afternoon tea experience, which was outstanding and one of the best we’ve ever had. The whole atmosphere, service, and attention to detail made this a genuine 5-star-plus experience that we would highly recommend.

The owners & staff unique hospitality and the attention to detail, they go above & beyond to accommodate your every need or request. On this visit the weather was a warm sunny spring day. They set up an outdoor table in the warmest spot in the garden for us to enjoy an amazing afternoon tea experience. Another relaxing break & extra special for personal health reasons, our special retreat with the team & the animal family Thank you again x

We enjoyed the layout and styling of the coach house. It was very cozy and and had virtually everything we needed for our stay.

We have stayed at Old Hall Country Breaks many times but every time we stay it just seems to get better and better if that is even possible! There is always something new to experience on the Afternoon Tea Menu and I tried the Thai hot stones massage which was even better than the one I had in Thailand. My birthday flowers 💐 were so pretty - thank you everyone for making our stay so special ❤️
