All in all very pleasant, comfortable, and well-located -- so long as you are able to walk 25-30 minutes each way to the main museums and churches. The shared kitchen space is a plus: no breakfast provided, but there is coffee, a frig, fresh water, etc.
The sink in the bathroom drained very slowly; not totally clogged but needs to be addressed. The lock to the outside door to the street is sticky--ie it can take a while for the key to engage the lock. Also needs to be addressed.
