We came for my daughter’s graduation. The home was perfect for our family of 5. We had plenty of room to relax, kitchen had all the utensils we needed and the bonus was the game room. The video arcade game was a hit!

Was a little wary about neighborhood driving in, but house had extra locks and alarm system. House was clean and comfortable. Decorated very well and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and clear check-in instructions!

Our stay was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. This property has all the perks…fire pit, ping pong table, darts, and hot tub. Communication with the hosts was by far the best from any hosts I’ve stayed it. We will definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

House was adorable and had all we needed until we didn’t have hot water! The hot water only worked for a few hours on day 2 after a repairman came. The host tried to be accommodating but no hot water was a huge bummer! We weren’t offered any compensation which was kind of disheartening.

We would recommend staying here anytime you visit Lubbock. It was centrally located and a home away from home. The host are amazing and so easy to work with.

A lovely home away from home in Lubbock. The house had everything we needed and we loved the hot tub. The house was very cosy and accurate to the property listing. Jeff was a great host, great ant communicating and was on hand to answer any questions if needed. I would defiantly recommend this property.

Beautiful remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood, easily accessible to everywhere we went! Each evening we spent winding down in the hot tub and morning coffee was perfect out on the deck. Communication with the host was flawless!

We had a wonderful stay at the Magnolia House. Clean, welcoming, and had all the amenities. It is a must if you are visiting Lubbock and are looking for a comfortable place to stay. Highly recommend!

Jeff and Holly have done a great job refurbishing this property. Very clean, updated and modernized. The beds and linens were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The property is close to anything you need. The hot tub and patio area are a nice addition. Great place to enjoy family time .

This house is centrally located, and an easy 5-10min drive to basically anything in Lubbock. It’s been very nicely updated with modern touches and fun decor. The beds and pillows are super comfy. It is on the small side, but I was traveling with 4 kiddos. It would be perfect for a couple or a smaller family. The hot tub was a nice plus as was the fire pit. The kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows out back.
