Summary: This spacious 1st floor apartment is located on the outskirts of the trendy Perry District and is just minutes from downtown Spokane and the Spokane Airport. Conveniently located right off of I90 you will find that everything you need from great restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, and recreational activities are all within reach. It is also just minutes away from Sacred Heart Medical Center, Deaconess Hospital, and many other medical facilities. The Space: The ease of the beautiful open floor plan will allow you to spend time and connect with your guests from almost anywhere in the home whether it be the kitchen, dining area, or cozy living room. Our gorgeous oversized kitchen boasts brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and bakeware. Staying in and preparing meals onsite will be a breeze! The beautifully decorated master bedroom suite has its own private bathroom complete with a full size bathtub. Our luxurious king size bed offers heavenly soft sheets and a lovely plush comforter truly fit for a king. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with the same decadent linens as our king suite. Relax and indulge yourself in comfort! Should you require extra accommodations, our living room is complete with a sofa sleeper for your convenience. Traveling on business or have school work to finish? Enjoy our dedicated workspace area and office nook. BOOK NOW! Guest Access: Guests have access to the large parking lot as a first come, first serve, basis during their stay as well as full access to free street parking next to the apartment complex. Other Things to Note: We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals. Interaction with Guests: We value the privacy of our guests, but want to ensure that all of your needs are met during your stay. Our level of involvement is dependent on your personal needs. There was one small hiccup upon check-in, but easily corrected. The place was clean and very easy and convenient to find. If I’m ever in Spokane again I will definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed as I had a conference at the Spokane Convention Center. This wasn’t close enough to walk there, but there are scooters around town to rent. The place was clean and very nice. The hosts were very responsive and made every effort to make our stay more enjoyable. My wife and kids were able to find activities to go do during the day. There isn’t any place outside on the premise for kids to play, but the unit is fairly spacious.

Great stay in this extremely clean unit. Appreciated all of the proactive communication from Jerry and Natasha - really added a personal touch. Our youngest is in a wheelchair and the unit is extremely accessible, easy to get from the ramp van parking spot right inside with no steps or barriers. Loved the simplistic yet well done furnishings and decor. A/C worked great (it was 95+ degrees all weekend) and our two teens were comfy in the spare room and on the pull out sofa. We expect our son will be attending college in Spokane so we are thrilled to have found an accessible place that works well for our family. Thank you!!

This is a nice place to stay, bottom floor and easy parking. Home is very clean, cute and updated inside. All new! Good location to get to everything and easy access. Will be staying here next time I come to town for sure!

We arrived about an hour early & the host was very gracious to allow us to check in a bit early. The property was very clean & spacious, the large kitchen was great for making food or drinks & not bumping into each other, great location for Spokane arena & restaurants or anything else downtown. This is also in a cute neighborhood that has great eating spots of its own, as well as quick access to the freeway. The place came well stocked with necessities such as cooking oil, paper towels & laundry pods & even sanitizing wipes, would recommend only one small thing, maybe some bedroom curtains to keep out the bright sun for those who are sensitive to light while sleeping. Overall very enjoyable stay & would highly recommend this place.

What a beautiful apartment! Everything looks exactly like the pictures. The place is clean and roomy. We had family stop by to visit and there was lots of room for everyone. It's centrally located too, so there's easy access to freeways. The management was very attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Yes, the property was wonderful; however, we are not used to apartment living. We needed the ground floor for 93-year-old dad and didn't expect to hear the thumping above us grow louder as the night grew later. (Perhaps children jumping off bunk beds?) Early morning running up and down stairs (6:00 AM) was obnoxious as well. Again, we are not used to apartment living so that experience was unexpected.

Quiet and clean. Property is modern and well designed. Easy access. Parking is a bit sparse (if you arrive later in the evening like we did). Everything was comfortable and felt like home. Great for a family or a couple of friends.

This was the perfect place for our stay in Spokane. We had several events while in town and everything was less than 15 minutes away. The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Spokane.

Jerry and Natasha were amazing hosts! They were very warm and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. They were spot on with their description - clean, cozy and comfortable and the pictures did justice but seeing is believing. The location was also close to downtown / places of interest. Parking wasnt a hassle either. Definately a must stay again!

This apartment worked perfectly for me and my adult daughter. The unit is completely remodeled and everything is new. It was very comfortable down to the smallest detail, like coffee, creamer and Kleenex. Every room had its own thermostat and throw blankets. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. The kitchen was well stocked. The apartment building was very nice and well lit. There is some construction and a boarded house behind, but also a view of the mountains if you look from the balcony. I enjoyed sitting outside and drinking my coffee.

Great Place and Amazing Hosts!
This was a wonderful place to stay. The hosts were very responsive when we communicated with them giving us links for places to take our kids to get out of the heat. We were quite comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay! We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Spokane!

Perfect apartment for a family of 3
Our family comes to Spokane each summer for a big baseball tournament for our son. We have stayed in hotels but have found that a home is more comfortable and convenient. Often times that means crossing your fingers that things are clean, as described, and that if you have a question or need that the host is available.
Our stay here was great. Extremely clean home that is all new inside. There were enough basics that we could cook and clean easily during our stay.
We didn’t have any issues with anything but our hosts made sure to communicate a nice welcome message with home
Info and also checked in the first morning to make sure we were comfortable.
I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean and quiet place to stay near downtown.
A couple of notes. This is a small apartment complex. We did not have any issues with nose or anything else and while there was limited parking, we were able to park in the lot every night. This apartment is right above I-90. The apartment was quiet but while we did hear an occasional car. We were never disturbed by major road noise if this is a concern to you.
