This new construction unit has all new furnishings providing a retreat for you and your group with all the amenities you need to feel at home. We fully stock our homes with comfortable beds, coffee bar, Blackstone griddle, Arcade/games…see amenity list for everything! We are less than 1 mile to Spokane Arena, The Podium, Riverfront Park, and Downtown Spokane. Unit A Features: *Free parking! 1 car garage, 2 parking spaces (driveway and gravel), and free street parking *Lots of entertainment options! TV's in every bedroom and living area with YouTube TV provided -Pacman arcade and board games available. *High-speed internet for work and streaming *Private fenced backyard space with Blackstone griddle and patio furniture *Fully stocked kitchen with Ninja blender, Instant pot, cooking oils/spices/condiments and storage *Coffee bar with coffee, tea, sweeteners, and creamers provided *2.5 baths with shower and bathtub. Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash provided *Tried and true comfortable beds and linens, with TV's, ceiling fans, and sound machines in each room *Central Heat and A/C, new appliances *On site laundry with detergent for your use Please Note - No parties or events allowed at this property. The property is intended for use by the guests who book, not for outside events. Thank you! Layout: The main floor features open layout kitchen, living, and dining rooms with a half bath and laundry room. There is a fenced in front and back yard with garage access from the main floor as well. Upstairs, you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with desk for a work space. The two guest rooms have queen beds. We also have a queen size air mattress with headboard that plugs in to inflate. You can park in the garage, driveway spaces, and there is street parking in front of the unit. You will be able to access the home through the garage with a unique code sent to you prior to your arrival. Once inside, you'll have keys to the front door and a garage opener for your stay. We are not located on the property but are just a phone call away should you need anything during your stay. You will access the home with a unique code sent to you prior to your stay, so no need to meet us at the property. **Pet-Friendly Guidelines:** We love dogs and being able to travel with them so we want to be able to provide that opportunity to our guests as well. We want to also be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and the home, so please read the rules below and make sure you will be able to follow them prior to booking: - We do allow up to 2 dogs to stay in our home during a stay (no other pets allowed due to allergies). There is a $75 fee per dog when booking. 1. Clean up yard using provided scoop and bags 2. Potty-trained pets only; please clean accidents immediately 3. No unattended dogs; use provided kennel 4. Please do not allow dogs not on furniture to preserve property 5. Well-behaved dogs only; no aggressive behavior or excessive barking The duplex is on a quiet street in downtown Spokane, with quick access to main roads. We have awesome neighbors on both sides of the property!! There is alley access for the garage as well as street parking. *No parties or events hosted at the home. *Quiet Hours outside from 10pm-7am. We have great neighbors and want to respect them. *No smoking in the home or garage *Pets allowed, see description for policy and details

Really clean, up-to-date property, but the listing reads like there are 4 beds and its 3 beds and a blow-up mattress. We ended up putting someone on the couch. Despite that, the property worked out really well in terms of location and comfort (the remaining beds were very comfortable).

Had a great time with a bachelor party at this property. Plenty of space for us to unwind, close to all the attractions (so it's cheap to Uber), and loaded with amenities. Breakfast on the blackstone was an absolute treat. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is a new house and is extremely clean! Everything we wanted to do seemed to be 5-15 min away (hiking, biking, swimming, and the main tourist stuff in Spokane) so location was perfect for our needs. Fenced in yard was great for our dog. Comfy bed! I would definitely stay here again. Also great communication with host.

This property was perfect for our girls trip! We went for a concert at the Spokane arena so the location couldn’t have been better! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had a tv already logged into Netflix. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. I definitely recommend this property!

Loved this VRBO. Property is fairly new so everything is in great shape. Bedrooms are very roomy and comfortable. Windows's and doors are highly soundproof and very secure. Property is surrounded by nice vinyl fence which ads to the privacy and security level. Owner was spot on with communication. 15 minute walk to the Spokane Arena...perfect for concert/event goers.

The property was very clean and well organized. It came equipped with amenities that kept our kids entertained: board games, tv w/ subscriptions with all the major steaming platforms, kids books, and the arcade. Highly recommend for your next stay in Spokane.

I cannot say enough great things about this stay. My father was having eye surgery and drove across the state to stay here. The property owner reached out to me and welcomed us. I later contacted him him to let him know of some changes and he offered to drive my father to his appointment if we had any challenges. Talk about a caring family that goes above and beyond!!! What a great stay. Beautiful property and very clean as described. Quite and close to everything. Please use. You will not be disappointed!

Our group of five, two couples and one single needed lodging for one night while traveling up to BC for a ski trip. Even with the cleaning fee this home was more economical than booking three hotel rooms, plus the garage and driveway securely accommodated our vehicles and gear. My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and tidy, modern yet simplistic and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, plus extras like a ninja blender and an instant pot. My kids loved that each bedroom came with a TV. Streaming services galore. The owner's definitely take pride in their space and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. Although we were only there for a couple nights I wouldn't hesitate to book again for a longer stay.

The stay and experience was 5/5 perfect across the board. House was wonderful, clean and my favorite part.... no unreasonable check out process!!! Something that seems to be plaguing Vrbo lately. Hosts were very communicative and respected our privacy. Kids had a blast playing the arcade game the hosts have in the living room. Fun little unique bonus to the place. Couldn't recommend this place and hosts more.
