This new construction unit has all new furnishings providing a retreat for you and your group with all the amenities you need to feel at home. We fully stock our homes with comfortable beds, coffee bar, Blackstone griddle, Arcade/games…see amenity list for everything! We are less than 1 mile to Spokane Arena, The Podium, Riverfront Park, and Downtown Spokane. UNIT B Features: *King bed in master, two rooms with queen beds, and one queen air mattress available for up to 8 people! *Free Parking! 1 car garage, 2 parking spaces (driveway and gravel), and free street parking *Lots of entertainment options! TV's in every bedroom and living area with YouTube TV provided *Pacman arcade and board games available! *High-speed internet for work and streaming *Private fenced backyard space with Blackstone griddle and patio furniture *Fully stocked kitchen with Ninja blender, Instant pot, cooking oils/spices/condiments and storage *Coffee bar with coffee, tea, sweeteners, and creamers provided *2.5 baths with shower and bathtub. Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash provided *Tried and true comfortable beds and linens, with TV's, ceiling fans, and sound machines in each room *Central Heat and A/C, new appliances *On site laundry with detergent for your use *We do allow up to 2 dogs to stay in our home during a stay (no other pets allowed due to allergies). There is a $75 fee per dog when booking. (see below for the rules prior to booking). Please Note - No parties or events allowed at this property. The property is intended for use by the guests who book, not for outside events. Thank you! Layout: The main floor features open layout kitchen, living, and dining rooms with a half bath and laundry room. There is a fenced in front and back yard with garage access from the main floor as well. Upstairs, you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with desk for a work space. The two guest rooms have queen beds. We also have a queen size air mattress with headboard that plugs in to inflate. You can park in the garage, driveway spaces, and there is street parking in front of the unit. **Pet-Friendly Guidelines:** We love dogs and being able to travel with them so we want to be able to provide that opportunity to our guests as well. We want to also be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and the home, so please read the rules below and make sure you will be able to follow them prior to booking: - We do allow up to 2 dogs to stay in our home during a stay (no other pets allowed due to allergies). There is a $75 fee per dog when booking. 1. Clean up yard using provided scoop and bags 2. Potty-trained pets only; please clean accidents immediately 3. No unattended dogs; use provided kennel 4. Please do not allow dogs not on furniture to preserve property 5. Well-behaved dogs only; no aggressive behavior or excessive barking You will be able to access the home through the garage with a unique code sent to you 72 hours prior to your arrival. Once inside, you'll have keys to the front door and a garage opener for your stay. We are not located on the property but are just a phone call away should you need anything during your stay. You will access the home with a unique code sent to you prior to your stay, so no need to meet us at the property. The duplex is on a quiet street in downtown Spokane, with quick access to main roads. We have awesome neighbors on both sides of the property!! There is alley access for the garage as well as street parking. *No parties or events hosted at the home. *Quiet Hours outside from 10pm-7am. We have great neighbors and want to respect them. *Pets allowed - see pet description for details .

I looked for so long thru all the homes in the area. We settled on this home. We were able to make our home away from home easily. It’s clean. That means a lot. I hate getting somewhere only to feel like I have to clean to be comfortable. It was central to downtown for dinner and entertainment. Covered parking was a benefit. The yard wasn’t in get shape but that wasn’t important to us at all and would be my only negative.

Better than anticipated. The house was large and comfortable. We were in town to go to a concert at the Spokane Arena. We walked there saving us time and money with parking and it worked beautifully. Major bonus was the Pac Man game! The guys loved it!

Pros: Ryan and Lucas were fantastic and easy to communicate via email. The home is safe and welcoming as advertised, ease of use in parking the garage and entering the home. Cons: The neighborhood itself is a gentrifying area, so one block in either direction can feel like night and day when it comes to perceived safety. Although you could walk to Spokane Arena, Kendall Yards, etc. We didn't feel safe to do so, especially if returning after dark.

Such a comfortable and modern VRBO. Second time staying at this VRBO and we absolutely love it. The entire downstairs area is open concept and can accommodate a nice sized group of people...especially if the weather outside is not cooperating. The 15 minute walk to the Spokane Arena and many other features is very nice. We will be back..!!

This unit was absolutely perfection!!!!!! Believe it or not even better in person than the pictures!!!! Ryan is an amazing host, super responsive and super kind!!! This unit is huge!! Has a perfect front yard and backyard fenced in. The showers were absolutely awesome!!! Everything was very nice, very clean, very comfortable! This will be the only place I will stay at when I come back to Spokane hands-down!!!! Thank you Ryan so much I can go on and on and on about how lovely this property is!

The property is in a great central location. You can easily walk to the downtown area if you wish or have a short drive. The property is immaculate & very well equipped. The owner was very receptive & responsive. I can not recommend this property more. Excellent

This is a nice space; clean and comfortable with good amenities including good cookware (a real highlight for our group), nice, new beds and functional layout. We were a group of friends returning to Spokane to visit our Alma Mater and this place was an excellent base of operations. We walked downtown and at least one of us managed to get long hike in down river. The only quibble is that the double bed in the master advertised in the description is an aerobed, which was not clear from the listing. However, this was a minor issue which did not take away from our enjoyment of the weekend. Thank you for a great stay!

Ryan was super responsive and accommodating for our family last minute due to water damage in our home. Baby gate, high chair, and dog kennel were all provided at no extra charge. Very clean, everything matched the description, and Pac-Man machine was fun to add a few high scores to on a couple different games. Great spot for anyone looking for a place downtown!

Such an awesome spot, I feel very lucky for finding it and booking it for my family. The layout is absolutely perfect and tons of room. The garage added a level of security for myself with my Audi as well as keeping it warm/clean. Love the layout of the kitchen and bar. Also, try to beat my 26k high score on PacMan! My thumb is a bit sore, we'll be back for sure! This might just be our go-to for the next 3 years while my neice is in Gonzaga. Thank you! Jason
