Nestled in Louisville, this lovely house for $749 per night is a great option for your next trip. Summary: 2022 NEWLY RENOVATED 1300 East Washington sits in the heart of Butchertown, a hip, up-and-coming neighborhood right outside downtown Louisville. The open floor plan and ample space is great for big groups and is just steps away from a fun outing either in downtown or one of the many famous distilleries. Not to mention how comfy the beds are so you and your group can relax and recharge after a long day. The Space: First Floor: Bedroom 1: Master 1 King size bed with a Master's Bathroom. Bedroom 2: 1 King size bed Bedroom 3: 1 Triple Queen size bunkbed. There is an additional bathroom across the hall from Bedroom 3. Kitchen and Living room is available in this floor plus it has a regular coffee maker and keureeg. Second Floor: Bedroom 4: Master 1 King bed with a Master's Bathroom. Bedroom 5: 1 King size bed Bedroom 6: 1 Queen size bed Bedroom 7: 1 Triple Queen size bunked. One full bathroom is available on this floor, plus it has its own kitchen and living area with regular coffee maker and keureeg. Parking: The house is located on a corner street, offering street parking. Parking may also be available in the Carriage House subject to availability. You will also find many conveniences of home: -Wifi -Washer/Dryer -Comfortable beds -Clean -Essentials provided The pictures accurately represent what our home has to offer, but please reach out if you have further questions about the space. The Neighborhood: Butchertown, Edge of Downtown and NULU (New Louisville). This home is within less a mile of NULU. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Getting Around: Only 15 min drive from the airport, can drive to different restaurants or even walk to downtown NULU. 13 min drive to Churchill Downs.

We stayed at the house for a bachelor party for my cousin and it was everything we could have hoped for. The house had plenty of room and beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The owner and property manager we both incredibly responsive and fast whenever we had a question and the location of the house was great! Very close walk to bars and restaurants and super close to Copper & Kings. Would highly recommend and absolutely stay again!

Really nice place! We rented the entire property as we originally had about 10 folks going. Only 6 ended up going so plenty of space to spread out. There’s a couple of bars close by, and a restaurant right behind the place. Walked to butcher town a lot and if needed to go farther it was easy to catch a Lyft.
