Nestled in Pflugerville, this lovely house for $260 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Recently upgraded spacious home close to major highways! We have fully equipped kitchen, two big living areas for a good size group to enjoy and to take a cooling afternoon dip in the pool. 4 bedrooms on the second floor plus a kids' game room with additional bunk beds. 2 full showers and one 1 bathroom. And a fully equipped kitchen. Fenced backyard and patio furniture to relax and huge backyard for children to enjoy. The pool and the spa are not heated. No smoking in the house. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis and must be disclosed prior to booking. Fees may apply. Plenty of beds with soft linens. Great Pflugerville location, with water-park and shopping nearby, hardly 25 minutes to Austin downtown! By booking you will be accepting to waive liability. The house has stairs and pool and children must be accompanied by adults at all times. Please note that even though we can allow large groups, this is not a party house. Please be respectful about the neighbors. There are cameras covering the pool and the front driveway. They are motion activated and are checked periodically for your and our security. Disconnecting any cameras will result in an immediate visit from the property manager. Do not touch cameras or their power sources.

We had a great weekend at this house. Very spacious and comfortable house. Only feedback I have is to invest in some patio furniture and umbrella for the backyard. The pool was a big selling point for us but they had hardly any patio furniture and there was absolutely zero shade. I didn’t like that they put a curfew of 9pm either, especially on the weekend. Those rules were disclosed to us after we booked. I understand the curfew and the neighborhood is pretty quiet but to not be able to be outside at all even when you are quiet was inconvenient. I guess they had some bad experiences with past guests. Also the game room isn’t really a game room, it’s just a mini pool table in the dining area. However, overall it was comfortable and worked for us because it was 5 minutes away from the church and restaurant we had our celebration at.

False advertising, Said 12 guest 399 a night , Made reservations for 10 and then added 2 more and was charged an additional 80.00, when I questioned host about it he wouldnt respond, neighbors text host and said we were partying untill 2 am the first night which was impossible because there was a bad storm so we weren't even outside.

He gave no instructions as far as check in and check out. Front door was unlocked we when arrived, we had to call and get code for door in order for us to leave because no code was provided. Just poor management overall

All & All it was a good experience, family really enjoy the pool & hot tub. I Can’t complain about much. Location was not far from restaurants and grocery stores etc. very nice spacious home. Thanks

needs attention

Home is roomy for our quest of 12. !st day master shower drain clogged. Called in host gave me option 9 pm that night or 9 am Sat. morning , I chose 9 am. 9:30am rolls around no one, text host no answer till about retexted at 9:50 at that time response was 10 minutes way, WELL lets try more like 10:30 am finally arrive. A house keeper arrives and quickly says I know how to fix. Removed drain cap and quickly removes old hair.I know what you are thinking how clean is the shower if she already knew the problem? Also noticed and felt all tiled floors looked dirty and in kitchen sticky areas. Stove top, the main burner one uses to cook could not control heat level and the oven I would not use to cook my dogs food in HINT BUY NEW STOVE. Second night quest toilet does not hold water any more, I remove top and come to find out the fill vavle is as filty as the oven was and was not dispersing water any more. So now all my quest have 2 options as one needs to go in the middle of night walk down stairs to 1/2 bath and risk falling half asleep or use master toilet where I am sleeping. Well you can just take a wild guess as to how my night went. By the way did I mention I was the only male in the house. I could not wait to get out of here. Other then that peachy of a stay, if you just need space to sleep. Oh please I am forgetting one important thing for me. Ceiling fan in master also DO NOT USE if you prefer to sleep. DO YOUR PRIORITIES
