Very very bad

This is a very old property with very old beds, bed sheets, pillows, mattresses, kitchen etc ect. 3 bedrooms but only 1 AC.. we had to move the mattresses and sleep all 4 in same room as tge temperature in other bedrooms was above 30 degrees. The owner is helpful, kind, but speaks Italian only. He is supportive but it cant compensate the low quality and high price of the apartment..

Toilet without seat!!!

The position was great, right behind the cathedral. The host were nice, left some food, coffee and water for free

The facilities were really poor. The toilet didn't have the seat! We had to seat directly on the ceramic (obliging men to sit as well), which was quite disgusting. The shower head was blocked, impossible to have a proper shower with just a small stream coming out. There was a terrace, but no door (just curtains) to separate it from the house. It was winter and during night was freezing. The pillows...well, I don't know what they did with them, but they were not soft, just a blob of hard things. Of 10 pillows, 8 were like that.

Book it, if its available

Very welcoming the host also drive us in the evening into the town to a restaurant he suggested. We were able to drop our bags early too which was super helpful. The apartment was spacious and very clean, beds were comfortable and definitely worth the price.

Very poor

The air conditioning was working pretty badly in the main room, and in the other room they had only a ventilator so we couldn’t sleep because of the high temperature. Also, the location was pretty shady and dangerous.

La posizione centrale. Ampi spazi Interni. Dotazione di molte salviette, acqua, latte biscotti per la colazione. Il proprietario molto disponibile e simpatico.

L’asse del gabinetto era un po’ instabile. L’accendino per accendere il fornello era scarico. Sono sicura che se l’avessimo chiesto, ce l’avrebbero sostituito.

I proprietari sono veramente gentilissimi e super disponibili, hanno fatto di tutto per aiutarci. La posizione è centrale al limite della ztl, ma lontana dal caos. Aria condizionata top e stanze grandi.

L’appartamento si trova al quarto piano e non è presente un’ascensore. C’erano delle blatte molto grandi.
