1. Breakfast is not included, but it is not an issue, as there are plenty of nearby places to eat.
2. The bedrooms are comfortable. The aircon was efficient and silent. The beds were comfortable for sleeping.
3. Cleanliness is greatly appreciated.
4. There was ample car park space with adequate security for peace of mind.
5. Location is very convenient.
It would have been nice if the living rooms had air conditioning. It was so hot during our stay, and our bonding time had to be spent mostly in one of the bedrooms instead of the living/dining room, where there were tables and chairs for that purpose. (I suppose it was electricity cost management.)

Nearby attractions like jonker walk and a famosa but have quiet environment during the night. Away from the noise

amount of rooms
1. Main gate which was not working properly
2. door lock of my unit was not good . sometimes it does not open the door
3. washroom and toilet were placed too far from rooms
4. kettle was faulty
5. Aircond remotes were not good . cannot control well .
6. very poor water pressure in bathrooms .
7. A single pail and dipper in the entire unit .
8. No fans in the rooms .
