Incontrare direttamente il proprietario che ha descritto le caratteristiche dell'appartamento è stata una bella esperienza. Si è capito fin da subito che il Sig. Massimiliano tiene tantissimo che i suoi ospiti si sentano a loro agio, le sue prerogative sono la pulizia e l'ordine in cui tiene l'appartamento che è dotato di tutti i confort mirati al benessere dell'ospite. Aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti, televisori smart, cucina fornitissima non manca niente, da stoviglie ed elettrodomestici. Terrazzo immenso con vasca idromassaggio , lettini , sdraio e divanetto, dulcis in fundo parcheggio riservato al coperto e dotazione di bici da passeggio in buono stato. Cos'altro si vuole di più

Čistota a vybavení apartmánu, vířivka na terase, velká terasa. Pan majitel nám dokonce poslal oblečení, které jsme zapomněli v pračce, poštou. :-)
Bohužel asi jediná nevýhoda byl hluk kvůli probíhajícím pracem na vedlejším domě. Za to ale pan majitel nemohl.

Naprosto skvělé ubytování, úžasný, čistý, moderní, prostorný apartmán, plně vybavený, dvě koupelny, vířivka venku, prostorná terasa, blízko moře i restaurace. Pan ubytovatel Massimiliano ochotný, vstricny, přátelský :) určitě se zde vrátíme, děkujeme za krásný pobyt u Vás!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung – Erholung pur!
Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war einfach großartig. Die Unterkunft bietet eine beeindruckende Ausstattung – vom Whirlpool über eine voll ausgestattete Küche bis hin zu Streaming-Diensten wie Netflix. Alles war sehr sauber, funktionierte einwandfrei – ob Geräte oder sanitäre Anlagen.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hilfsbereite Art des Vermieters, der jederzeit ansprechbar war und den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, ist bequem zu erreichen und bietet eine sehr gute Lage – ideal für Ausflüge und gleichzeitig perfekt zum Abschalten. Der schönen Außenbereiche wie Balkon, Terrasse und Veranda haben den Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert.
Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Komfort, Ruhe und eine hochwertige Ausstattung schätzen!
Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Es wäre praktisch, wenn im Badezimmer Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher direkt am Waschbecken vorhanden wären.
