Staff very welcoming and eager to help, cleaning the room daily and replenishing water etc. Clean room and comfortable stay.

Quiet area but far from everything !
It was quite a ways from the docks/ no indication as to where hotel was located when arrived
Hotel was tucked into almost a village 15 min walk from drop point with luggage

Staff provided cold water on arrival at reception
Air con took a while to feel cool and we couldn't leave it on when leaving the room so it was very uncomfortable when coming back to the room. No rack to dry clothes on the balcony. Pool looked unclean. The sink leaked in our room and the shower wouldn't drain properly.
