The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was good although a bit noisy becouse of the noise from a busy street.
The first door to enter the common hall with the neighbours was very difficult to operate and it took a couple of minutes to open/close it. The stairs were demanding as well.

Bellissima posizione praticamente sul porto antico vicina al museo del mare ed all'acquario. Due passi dai carruggi e dal centro Dali si gira a piedi ovunque.
Pecca grande i 6 piani di scale molto ripide soprattutto con i bagagli e se si ha un'età.... Si arriva su con il fiatone.

The owners gave good directions, it wasn’t easy. Even for someone like me who have lived in Italy for 20 years. I was pleased with the cleanliness as that is a big priority.
It wasn’t clear about the “directions” of the house until after I had paid for it. So there was a bit of a misguidance, and I had chosen this apartment because it didn’t seem like there were going to be the classic “Italian rental apartment issues”.. of which I know very well…
