Parfaitement situé dans la vieille ville. Le propriétaire vous donne rendez-vous pour vous guider jusqu'au parking couvert privé situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied de l'appartement. Il est très sympatique et vous donne tous les conseils nécéssaires pour visiter la ville et recommande des restaurants (celui situé la porte à côté de l'appartement est parfait). L'appartement est spacieux, parfaitement propre, très bien équipé, doté d'une bonne literie et calme. Le fait que la lumière du jour soit limitée ne nuit en rien au confort. Une très bonne adresse à Gènes.

La déco, le côté cosy, les petites attentions de l’hôte : bouteilles d’eau, thé, café, gâteaux, confitures…
Sel, poivre, vinaigre, huile, tout pour pouvoir faire la cuisine directement sans avoir à passer par le magasin : un plus quand on arrive!
Les serviettes disposées sur le lit avec un ruban rouge autour.
Enfin la gentillesse et disponibilité de l’hôte !❤️

- Andrea, the owner, extremely kind. He told us where to visit, to eat and to shop. He frequently sent mails to check if we were OK.
- The location is very good. Just a few minutes from the metro station.
- The facility had everything we needed.
- The only issue to be improved was that there was some dust around the bedside area and on the shelves. Overall, the apartment was very clean, and with just a little more attention to these areas, it would be perfect.
