instructions were very detailed and thorough and sent to me via whatsapp (as requested) the host was available, friendly and responsive to the questions i asked - i will certainly be trying to book again here
nothing - my main priority for comfort is a bit of space and this had that, location is perfect (i travel via Kings cross often) and if anything it was less than 7 mins walk (5 at the most i think)

The location was perfect and it was warm during the night. The room had plenty of space for luggage to spread out. It had a washing machine and dryer but u sure if these worked. The kitchen was well equipped.
A few things were broken and we messaged the host but he did not want to fix for us therefore not good value for money spent. The bed was not very comfortable. The towels were very thin and the bath mat dirty. Before you stay you should know the toilet takes five minutes to refill so not really suitable for more than two people.
The host sent 29 messages on how to enter and how the room worked which was a bit over the top. Disappointing things were not in working order would not recommend. Feel the host is just clipping the ticket on location.
