Beautiful hotel in the heart of aveiro. Good location to canal and restaurants. Staff were very young and friendly Good breakfast We were on the top floor so had a lovely balcony anc Hot tub.

Our fridge and air conditioning were not working properly. The young staff were very polite but no one in charge to take responsibility and resolve these defects, we just kept getting excuses and a lip service but no action! The small print doesnt explain parking not on site, in an underground carpark in shopping mall. Everytime you leave you have to collect and return a tag so you need to allow about 20 mins every time you go out in the car as there is nowhere to park outside which was a real pain. This hotel should be getting a 10 from us, if only someone could take responsibility and address the problems. We paid for a/c and fridge, they need to be working. We really hope this beautiful hotel sorts out their management! So frustrating!!
